Why should a handsome guy like Shiney want to rape a maid, of all people? Is he Shakti Kapoor or Madhur Bhandarkar? Cant he get a better option, if he wanted to? Wouldnt rape have been too risky for him being a public figure?
This is definitely a frame up!
My heart goes out to him - poor chap!
The media always favours the girl - in a rape case!

In one of his recent interviews shiney had said the Movie "Damini" directed by rajkumar santoshi was hisa all time favorite. He got too influenced by the movie. also it has been reported that the maid looks a bit like shilpa shetty.

If it was a smooth consensual act, why did he not say that first time out? It too some interrogation to reach there.
1. Never done anything 2. oh... It was consensual
The changing statement itself is not confidence inspiring.
As about his body etc. For a maid who works in others kitchen to meet her ends his body might be a lesser priority!
I think the police ,media targeting shiney, why they didnt arrested Madhur bhandarkar, when same allegation were made against him, instead they arrested the girl, This is mumbai police and their ways of tackling same cases differently.
the PP said that shiney's version will not be listened to. why??? agreed that the law says so. but my question is "why the man's version is not considered in law?" how can the law be so drafted to carry on the proceedings only on the girl's version?? this is very disappointing. he is already convicted then!! even before trial. thin for a moment! if, if he is not guilty then!! there are so many young men who are behind bars just on a single comment of a malicious girl. law does not listen to the man's version...think ppl
