Above review is worthless to discuss upon but some of them are truly baseless if this reviewer watched the film at fist and then without any partiality for SRK or others…. He says “Chandni Chowk To China oscillates between a kick-propelled Akshay flying several blocks and the very same man being humiliated and spat upon” ---- ---The film is all about how a zero becomes hero and what struggle he undergoes from CC to China. From a person who believes only in kismat to become a self believer the transition was shown more naturally. But reviewer might have been used to regular bollywood SRK senseless films like RNBJ can’t accept more sensible stuff. Overall the film is nice to watch but we felt 10mins of film can be altered particularly scene in hero urinated upon by villain and some more instances wherein AK gets chided by almost everybody which is needless and can be cut though he played as a gullible person.
I watched CC2C and Ghajini in the same order, in two days.
While after watching CC2C I felt pretty light and felt like I could watch it again, however after Ghajini I had a bit of heaviness in the head ... It is a natural effect as CC2C is an entertaining action comedy - similar to Rush Hour (1 and 2)(Jackie Chan's )/Beverly Hills Cop etc. Ghajini surely has some moments of light entertainment - otherwise the movie would have become a curse.
Among the revenge movies I think Arjun, Ghayal and Akhiri Raasta were much better than Ghajini.
If you watch Ghajini carefully - there are certainly a few technical errors in the movie (Sholay for example was superb technically).
On the other hand the entire presentation lacks the emotional angle of the gruesome killing of the lady - and since this was revealed after too long, hence it was a bit difficult to appreciate the mental state of the hero - which Amir was trying to portray.

Ghajini tries to be realistic, but the sequence in the plot makes it difficult to bring the pain and suffering of Sanjay, in your experiential domain.
CC2C never tries to be realistic - but a comical representation of the tussle, and justice has been done. Besides the cinematography is cool.
Akshay is certainly cool and Amir is fabulous in their own realm.
Anyhow - the crux of the matter is that Raja Sen perhaps should never try scripting for the movies - he's a real disaster in reviewing and God only knows what will be the the end of his endeavors (if he tries at all ... ;-D)
another bad movie. Well Singh is King was tolerated because of Akshay Kumar's good will. But audience won't accept the same nonsense again. CC2C movie is a disaster.
Amongst the most redeemable factors about CC2C is Akshay Kumar. He makes you laugh, cry and cheer for him.it's a great treat watching Akshay going back in the action mode and doing some really breathtaking Kung Fu stunts. Deepika Padukone in a double role does well & looks stunning.Gordon Liu as the villain is simply superb. He manages to bring out terror just with a stare. Ranvir is good as usual whereas Mithun impresses in the few sequences that he gets.The music of the film appears better when watching the songs onscreen as they have been very lavishly picturised, especially the title track. The film scores full marks on the technical front.The film is a must see for hardcore Akshay Kumar fans, for the rest well one can only say that if you want to get nostalgic about the 70s cinema with some humor mixed with it then going for this 2 hour 40 minutes film won't be a bad idea. Laughter unlimited, great martial arts, a glimpse of China. A superhit matrial a kung fu extragavanza
i think akshay started off 2009 wid a big turkey...cc2c is even worth than his last turkey tashan..atleast tashan gad good songs n locations to manage but cc2c is a bad film..just came be4 preclimax..well,akshay was as usual fantastic sa siddhu..he's every inch da character he played...but i have complains wid story?wt story?no story at all..deepika?wt she's doing wid akshay in dis film?she was nt at all needed...she sucks man..such a dumb actress...i have nthng 2 rate 4 dis film..i can just say its truly terrible..plzzzzzzzz dont watch dis film its worse next to rgv ki aag..
well i dont know why everyone cursing cc2c...i think its a gud movie with some great comic timing of akshay kumar and cool action stunts....songs r gud too....but yes mithun was a disaster so was deepika...overall akshay kumar has saved this movie for sure...
