Music By Harris Jayaraj for Ghajni (Tamil Version )is 100 times Better than A R Rehman's in Hindi .
Except for Gujharish Rehmans Music a big let down .Even down South Rehman is not having much work . He has been simply beaten out by Yuvan Shankar Raja , Deva ,and lot of other budding Music Directors .
Rehman is an overrated Music Director. No doubt he has some of the best composition but he is not the best when compared with legends like R D Burman,Laxmikant Pyarelal,Roshan,Illyaraja ,Shanker Jaikishen ,Madan Mohan Naushad Saab,Kalyanji AnandJI...
Giving 5 stars to the music is too much . Raja Sen how many Rasgoolla u got for giving 5 star . Bangali babu ki habi jhabi likcho..........

hi mr grow up ,do u know A.R.REHMAN is a tread setter,,,,,,all the guyz like harris jeyaraj, deva, the sooo called Yuvan shankar raja are all copy cats......Rehman makes music in his own style ...the above mentioned guyz do nothing other than to copy his music style....

Shut up Seshan, Go and learn ARR history and how he changed the style of Music in tamil film industry and taken the same passion in India and then all over the World. No doubt he is the Master of ALL Music Director. Harris just learnt from ARR and Yuvan is just a piece from ARR. And dont say Deva is a Music Director.

He has lost his touch .He is an overhyped Music Director.Even no-one is humming the songs from Yuvraaj. Music of Ghajni just Sucks except for Gujarish .

I am one of the admirers of AR Rehman music. AR Rehman songs need atleast 3-4 to be heard before we feel he has done fantastic work. But Ghajini songs are soo pathetic that i tried listening them 4-5 times, but still i felt the same bad feeling about the songs and music. He has turned nuts off late with hopeless songs and music. And Raja Sen does not have any credibility by any means for long...
raja sen is saying Ghajini is rahman's best...then wat abt roja,bombay,rdb and all...Ghajini deserves a max of 3 stars...giving it 5 stars is too much...Jodhaa Akbar,JTYJN and YuvvRaaj wer much better than this..

Hi everybody, Harris is known for his repetitive music , please do not compare him with ARR(ARR is way ahead). And to Bodhi this (Ghajini) album deserves a 3 or 3.5 ,which every1 will accept after hearing it some 5-10 times. And to the person who said Ilayaraja's reign is over I'd like to say something. Ilayaraja is the best md in this whole world. All singers including Hariharan , Shankar Mahadevan, Sonu Nigam , etc have accepted that. And who else in India can give life to a film with his bgm's. Tamil speaking Indians will accept this , cos they had heard enough of Rahman and Ilayaraaja. Dont think i'm supporting Ilayaraaja, but I swear it on my country, Noone can even think of competing with Ilayaraaja.

Harris Jayaraaj is a copy cat...He is stupid...i dont agree him as a music director...he is not comparable not even with Deva....
First Ghajani is the most waited movie of the year from when it was announced so was his music since it is given by mestro rahman - the indian mozart. We are proud that we have such a great legend in our times. No one is there whom we can consider legend in Music apart from rahman. The song Guzarish is one of the best song of the year and is already been the ringtone of many mp3 enabled mobile and soon goin to be hellotunes when it is available. Javed ali & sonu nigam has sang the song so well plus its music by the mastro that you want to listen it again & again. Javed ali has sang great songs this year particularly for rahman (Jashne bahar in jodha akbar and now guzarish in ghajni). He deserves to be nominated next year for best playback singer male category & should win it. The lyrics by prasoon joshi are superb. Joshi-Rahman combo is back after range de basanti. As you hear this song your expectation from rest of the songs in the album increases. And you will not be let down. The surpise package is shreya ghosal who sang fast number latoo. These kinds of songs are generally sung by sunidhi cauhan as it suits her. But shreya has done justice to it but I still feel if sundihi had sung the song then it would be much better. Other fast number is aye bachchu by suzzane which is superb.. After guzarish another good track is kaise mujhe sang by benny dayal & shreya ghosal. Even its instrumental version is superb. I am the biggest ARR fan but I guess you are the one who drank too much ARR Kool-Aid. Why do you have to compare apple with orange?
1. ARR is maestro, he is not Mozart. He is plain old ARR. Why compare? 2. No one except ARR is legend? RD? SD? LP? SJ? They were nobody? 3. Being ring-tone doesn't mean it's "that" popular. It's one of the good songs of this year, yes. 4. I want to listen to the album again and again? Well, I bought it, it's my money, I will do whatever I want. 5. Javed sang well, but awards? Not winning an award doesn't mean he can't sing good. 6. Prashoon Joshi? I personally didn't like the lyrics in this album. It's good but some lines could be better. "saaani mein saa, dhani mein dha"?? wtf. 7. Shreya can sing as good as Sunidhi. Why compare? I really liked the way she sang this song. IMHO, that was bit of a surprise. 8. Benny Dayal's song is the best in the album as for now. I haven't listened to Ghujarish properly... I am hooked on to Benny's song... I just could not understand the lyrics tho. How I wished Sukhbindar sang that song.
The 1st thought after i listening to Ghajini is? What happend to ARR. Why the music is up to the mark. BUt after few listening i found i was wrong ARR is created a pakka massal masterpice music of the year i bet u the music going to be chatbuster in fewday. ARR music is grow in u and growing in my slowly. I can stop repeating Aye Bachchu and latoo for now. Listen the music in goog Headphone.Then i bet u will agree with me.
