Veteran Actor raguvaran is 49 and he never acted with Kamal.Kamal consciously avoided him in his movies as he feared he would have steal the show to an extent from him

So why did Kamal act with more versatile show stealers like Nasser and Prakash Raj ?

Raghuvaran was a great actor, but he did lot of monotonous roles. I rate Nasser and Prakash Raj more versatile than Raguvaran. May be Raghuvaran was not utilized by the directors..

Raguvaran himself has told this in interviews that he has acted with all of the superstars starting from Sivaji,Rajini,Amitabh,Rajkumar,Mammooty,Chiranjeevi,Lalettan,Nag etc.but did not act with Kamal. he is a true versatile actor. look @ yrs & variety like Poo Vizhi vasalile, en bommukutty ammavaukku, anjali, mugavari, Shiva(telugu),Mudalvan,Baasha, Kandukonden kandukonden, Samsaram athu minsaram. Its really a loss to Tamil Film Industry. Within few weeks it lost another Gem(earlier being Write Sujata). Deep condolences
He was one of the most natural villians of our times... He has created his own style in a variety of characters that he has played over the years in different languages..No telugu movie fan can forget bhavani in shiva, even though it is almost 20 years old.. That is called living in the character.. May his soul rest in peace...

He was infact likes by many hindi movie watcher for the same character he in acted in Hindi Version of Shiva. Some other movies are Anjali (Tamil), Ullasam(tamil with Ajith and Vikram) and he acted in almost all the earlier movies with Rajini.
Its shear coincidence that yesterday I was watching Bheema and thinking he is aging and looking very weak. so felt how long will he live?? and give best performance...
Raghuvaran is certainly one of the most versatile actors. Equally adept at villian or character role. Its a huge loss to film industry. However, I was not sure if he was 60. Thought he was younger.
raghu as bhavani, mark anthony,is unforgetable. he had a failed married life, chronic drunker, drug addict almost physically abusing his wife rohini. its revathi, urvasi, etc tried to bring harmony in his personal life. he himself destroyed acting potential within him.
may he die but his performance are alive. In tamil industry , we cant leave with out RAGUVARAN the artist.Such a wonderful fantastic actor . Every one not only the film industry but also the general audience are also not forget him. The actor, who live for his charactor , we can see even in small role, he bought enormous performance....
Oh God...This is such a shocking news. I'm from Karnataka, living in Bombay and I don't understand Tamil at all. But I can definitely say that he was a fantastic actor and performer. Only recently I was wondering why we don't get to here much about this fine actor these days. Terrible news really. I have seen only 2-3 movies of his and he is definitely a class apart from all other actors. Young villain in Shiva n Kadalan & in a positive role in Anjali. Damn...I wish I could watch more of his movies.
