It behooves everyone to get legal advice before signing any contract/agreement as to its legality , enforceability ,hidden clauses,fine prints.Had that been done,for few extra rupees which these movie actors can easily afford ,this embarassment would have not occured. Seeking advice of a counsel before siging shifts the blame on the attorney and constitutes a good defense.

While this NGO may be doing yeoman services to condemn smoking, Sharukh Khan cannot be accountable for cameras focussing on him while he is smoking. As long as he is in a smoking zone, it is right and privilege to smoke. As long as he does not endorse smoking or pose for photographs with a cigarette, he cannot be held accountable. In that way the paparazzi can go after him whenever he lights a cigarette and publish it in their media and have NGOs sue him for the heck of it.
