I don't know how much research you did before this article but Aneek was asked why he wore that ring, and he very honestly said that the designers from Zee TV had told him to do so. This comment, and your whole article is clearly your own opinion... jealousy perhaps ? Dude .. Himesh is a successful man, stop trying to bring him down
Whoever wins doesn't matter for channel, as they are always interested in TRP's and your voting results are actually left at the mercy of channel they do play on with the results to have their TRP's consistent if can't increase it. Its bloody all commerial market where they really don't care for the talent or anything, they provide a very good platform for actors/directors to come and market their movies. On the show i think if some has gained the most it is Aditya narayan. Amongst the participants top 3 are definitely gonna have nice career after the show but you can't ignore the likes of poonam and mussarat who definitely gonna rockng career too. Himesh needs to remember he is a guru and not a marketing agent. Any guru getting biased towards his own pupil is understood at later stages of the show (may be starting from last 5 or 6 onwards)though ideally they should not be biased at all at any stage but Himesh was biased right from start. Bappi lahiri needs to work a lot on his dialogues..same dialouge everytime makes things very boring...Ismail arguably is one of the most potential composers, should not try to change himself looking at others success with some stunts, he was far better in previous version of the show. Vishal-Shekhar definitely lots of ve energy to the show..gives lots of chances to new-comers...I might be wrong here but i think there decision to give those songs to the three finalists of om shanti om was due to the fact that aneek was obvious choice for So

I could not be accomodate all in this section below is the continuation...
Vishal-Shekhar definitely lots of ve energy to the show..gives lots of chances to new-comers...I might be wrong here but i think there decision to give those songs to the three finalists of om shanti om was due to the fact that aneek was obvious choice for Sonu's song and raja for Sukhwinder's high pitch song and amanat flexbile enough for both his and aneek's song. In the end whatever channel managed to get good TRP's with intentionally creating controversies and some by judges and some unplanned ones..
Himesh Reshmaiyya may be the most untalented and insulting figure in the musical industry at the moment, but he is a very smart man nonetheless. By milking the media and pulling off nifty promotion schemes, he has managed to convince half of India he can sing. Hats off for that.
However, because of his obvious lack of any singing talent, and the constant repetition of beat-heavy nasal nonsense he dishes out, it will only be a matter of time before he simply fades away into nothingness. Notice how it takes controversial comments to keep him in the limelight these days, but all he does is lose more and more respect. His craze is dying and soon enough it will be the Rahman%u2019s and the Shankar, Ehsaan, Loy%u2019s who will dominate the charts once again.

i don't think its very near but definitely not a long term player..as a composer he is still good, as a singer/actor he was never there at least for me.
Himesh wont be removed. Due to HR the show has been No. 1 in TRP all this while. Well most of you may know or not HR is a genius in marketing. Being a good guru only is not enough for making your pupil to win the contest, as a guru its your responsibility also to market your canditate and stamp his authority over the population. The triangular affair was a Masala added just to make people involved with the show just besides songs n songs this was like a special masala and I think we Indians LOVE masala mix and all. Thats the reason all masala movies rule the chart we Indians like masala only so what I think is HR is an intelligent guy who marketed for his pupil and the result is before us. HR truly rocks :-)
Aneek may be the winner but truly Amanat was most deserving. All the gimmicks played by HR seemed to have worked for Aneek, but the fact remains...Amanat is the best. Raja is also very good, no doubt. As correctly pointed out by others, it is high time that the mentors are rotated. Bringing in Vishal-Shekhar was a good choice. HR should be removed from the mentors' place completely. But Ismail's choice of singers was superb, be it Poonam or Amanat. He could be retained.
He is a great singer. orginal, from the feart to the haert voice. no comparisons to be made. and being a strong beliver in god i am sure amanat will reach greater height in future. good luck to amanat.
