Code of coduct and dress

Dear Readers,
One has to admit that individual freedom is a birth right. But, every right has certain written or unwritten norms to follow or practice.
Consuming alcahole is a right of an individual. But, it does not mean that one can do it in public. Because it adversely affects the others and the system of law.
Same way is smoking.
Kissing a person to show the love or respect is not bad. In fact it is pious coduct. But, the way Mr.Gere performed it in in public that too when Shilps was really hesistant, has no real value to be accounted. He hugged her so tightly that she could not even move an inch away from him. It was a forcible act and if one who saw that scean can well understand!. To save her skin, she observed herself to the act in positive and she clubbed in a criminal procedure.
Who ever saw the scean, if proclaims in favour is just lying oneself.
In every society there are some code of conduct and code of dress. In prext of freedom of dressing if someone practice exibishanism it has to be protested by some proper civil way.
If you have money or valuables and exibit in public to boast yourself, you are prone to be robbed. No govt can provide security in this case. Above all a person does so should be booked under law for creating un warranted disorder.
So is in the case of Shilpa's Kissing raw too.
In a film if some scean shows this way, that too should be censored. Imagine a ply on stage when the audience are right in front of the actors and the reaction !!!!
For argument sake or boasting the openness and or broad mindedness anybody can pass their filthy openions. But, in actual case the same person will be cruel at every act she or he does against a simple matter even.
Neverthless, the case is with court and we common Indians are right here accounting things not by comparing westerns or Shilpas. Or even the custodians of socalled culture manufactures (?),but simply on common sense and tolerence to the very existance, keeping no imposition of our thoughts to the other believers.
The simple example of UP election is just in front of us.
One thing is sure, who ever supports an open hug or kiss like what we are discussing, they are not favouring India. They are really against India and Indians.

IF you believe Gere misbehaved with Shilpa it is for her to complain not for the 'Moral Police' to do so. Mr. Gere was here on an AIDS awareness campaign and had to hold the interest of the truckers to deliver his message and was trying to do in a lighter vein. He must of seen so many bollywood movies that he might have thought a touch of obscene kissing is normal in India. Finally the larger issue why he was in India was because India is the AIDS capital of world which should be a shame to us not Mr. Gere's kiss. I think the real problem behind all this is 'How can a gore kiss our girl?'. That is y we are worked up so much for this issue but have not bothered much when worser obscene reaches our living rooms through bollywood, music videos and other means

Shilpa was not wrong for what happened on the stage because it was sudden.BUT she is definitely WRONG and WRONG for defending the act on the part of the Actor and for trying to taunt our culture .That is annoying. Is that kiss neccessary for AIDS campaign?
PSN ACHARYA, VIZAG

I agree with you.Shilpa appears to be not wrong in the said act but it is strange that she is defending that stupid Gere who had kissed her unnecessarily. It was not certainly warranted on that occasion.
