Hey Raja sen. Improve your writing skills or find an editor. Its a mind-twister writing. It takes longer time to go through the review then it might have taken to actually sit through the Cinema and watch it. Try to write short and meaningful sentences and put some more effort in finding 'proper' expressions to your POV. I hope REDIFF REVIEW is nt meant for the linguists alone!!! So use words which are simple and easily understood. We will go find a 'INCREASE YOUR WORD POWER BOOK' if we need to learn difficult word. In reiff review we are just interested in knowing about a movie we plan to watch(paying 200 bucks) or just for the heck of it. I hope you read this mr raja sen.

Agreed. Mr Raja, I think u need to learn communication skills. You r using so many difficult words, thinking that it will so ur word power. In the end most of people leave ur reviews midway, getting bored. U should express urself in a little more simple way
hey i watched the movie the yesterday . it's good. much better than tara pom poms of the world. it's realistic , well directed & well acted with some good misic. even shilpa shetty delivers a wonderful performance. and is it a review or what? why does raja sen make his reviews so complicated to read. i'm was tired of every paragraph beginning with "maybe".

i dont mind if it's a copy. i haven't heard the original. so i wouldn't have heard such a nice song if it weren't copied into a hindi film !

ignorance is Bliss........ must admit. I suppose if you get a stolen gift.... as long as you dont know the owner/ about it you would be ok.... and now even if know that it is a copy you are ok........ what a shame

chill kamros... there's a lot of difference between using a stolen gift & listening a copied song ! okay, the song has been copied. the original should get it's due respect, i'm all for it. but i liked the movie metro & it's songs. and it's upto the film-makers /music directors to acknowledge if they have lifted something. i stand corrected !
well, to each his own... and to me, Mr. Sen's review is like THE thing i wait to read on rediff... and i so hope the editors of the website ARE NOT LISTENING to the other people around here...
Mr.Sen's writing almost has a seductive effect on me... ;-)

Agreed. Sen is a breed apart (honestly he may not have enough competion here). Of lately though he appears to glorify films and his reasoning seems absurd! So one wonders if he too has become a sell-out!
In all honesty though, his analysis and vast knowledge of the medium still makes an interesting read :)
