Look at this message board or any other, look at the results from the umpteen opinion polls or the TRPs of KBC3, SRK must the the most unpopular "superstar" ever - a media myth and self proclaimed. Anything that involves public opinion and he fails!! Look the the latest India Today youth poll... he ranked 8th in a poll by Indian youth!!! Is this the stuff that superstars are made of?

Can u explain y he really is most popular? Why the top grossers both overseas & India r filled with his movies. Why his concerts r sold out within minutes, compared 2 n e other actor? U r a fool if u don't c his immense popularity. Pick a country & find who their fav bollywood actor is... its SRK. Not even close 2 competition. I don't understand how ppl like u can look at stupid polls of 'india youth' and give it so much serious thought, but u can't look at which actor has amassed the most hits since he's been around and TOTALLY DOMINATED the box office. And did u ever think that many SRK fans don't even need 2 reply 2 factless silliness that some ppl here write? Theres not much point in arguing with ppl like urself that avoid looking at the facts, the figures, the stats, the insane support he has WORLDWIDE. No one else can say that. He is king.

MATE U ARE ABSOLUTELY RIGHT. SHARUKH IS A SUPERSTAR FOR HIMSELF AND FOR HIS DIE HARD FANS. NONE OTHER AGREES HE IS A GREAT ACTOR OR HAS A CHARISMATIC PERSONALITY. AFTER SEEIN THESE POLLS AND TRP RATES, THEY MAY HAVE UNDERSTOOD THE TRUTH, BUT ITS HARD TO ACCEPT THEM.
SRK is now trying make amends by giving interview after interview seeing the huge backlash against him. Before KBC 3, he was full of pompous comments comparing himself to Amitabh. The people have now held a mirror to him. Big-B is gracious enough to praise someone who is trying so hard to replace him. What grace and super display of humanity and Big-heart.SRK is pompous enough to talk about him being King Khan.What contrast!! This is what makes me like Big-B.SRK is no legend....& will never become ....a COPYCAT ACTOR cannot be called as a Legend!
AB was great as a host, and SRK is doing a great job in his own way/style whatever..
If one doesn't like SRK, his mannerism, his anchoring, then why this kind of smart, well mannered and intelligent fool needs to keep on seeing the KBC show?
Please, please from tomorrow onwards dont see KBC n SRK and this automatically will bring end to your foolish thoughts on this message board.

Today's KBC has lost its caliber, dignity. Miss u Bachchan sahab. My sincere request to everybody is, plz dont try to compare ppl,even if u get BiG B back to show , it is bound to make more or less same impact , reason is very simple:"Law of diminishing Utility".Mind U this is a quiz program, n ppl are bound to feel bored of such programs no amtter who presents the show. Personally I feel SRK is adding much wit, humour and giving a sense of 'feel at home' to the participants.BIG B used to look like a Head master to a school , even though he had grace and earned lot of respect.Now KBC has turned as for Fun oriented program rather than serious Q&A quiz program.Lets appreciate n encourage the new Host--SRK!!

Hi Harshal! I think you should consult a doctor. Watching KBC is no childs play and you need to have knowledge and good sense of humour at the same time in order to enjoy this.As per your messagwe,it is evident nothing is present in you.i think you will excel in fish-selling,or grocery shop etc.. where you people are excellent.This is extremely suitable for you.So better do your business next time rather than watching KBC.And dont try to think of TRP ratings.It is something which,by the time you understand,may bemy children willstart to enjoy! neither watching a show such as KBC nor hosting it is a child's play as the former involves understanding and the later involves communication to make people understand.
what is child's play is posting these messages without realising as to what it takes to host such a show!!
personally, i feel, opinion would vary from one to another...so, relax, keep your opinion to yourself and let others to go by what they feel...
SRK is doing a shor for which he is being paid and is trying to do his best. is very witty and warm. I really feel people who are ripping him apart are very bitter and petty in life. if he is making fun thats all in good humour just like someone like Nikhil Chinappa. These guys are smart and witty and unfortunately Indians are so narrow minded that they cannot take a joke too well. Everything is weighed and is serios. Try to enjoy the show thats all its anyday better than the stupid idiotic sasa bahu drama started by that Ekta woman. How come nobody takes that up where women are shown in such a regressive manner it is disgusting. I think KBC is different with SRK , but damn good at the same time. C'mon people boraden your horizons and learn to have a good laugh at urself!!!

Then why are we doing that. Brad Pitt may have not Showed his complete mettle as an actor yet because he is still young, but he is definitely the largest box office draw and the most popular.
Robert Dinero may no longer have youngesters and ladies swinning over him. Or he may not be a large box office draw. But, he is a legend and critically claimed actor who doesn't need to keep proving himself.
It is insulting to both actors who have their own place in the sun. I see ShahRukh Khan and Amitabh Bachchan in the same light.
We should not insult both people by comparing them.
FOr that matter, people don't even compare Johnny Depp and Brad PItt. I see JOhnny Depp as our own Aamir Khan;) So please let's appreciate the importance of each actor and the necessity and their place in our heaRTS.
