Obscenity
by gopinathpg on Dec 03, 2006 07:31 PM

Director and producers are the people responsible for the obscenity in films. Why ashould the stars be held responsible for it.In this case the director had announced that eventhough Ash refused to do the scene director forced it on her pointing that she has to do any scene as per the contract.Remember, years back a kissing scene was enforced on Madhuri Dixit without her knowledge in Dayawan. It is high time that directors are exposed by the media.

it is very necessary that some kind of public opinion is generated against vulgarity in films and this PIL must be supported...wonder where our censor board is and if at all it does exist does it remember its duties...

CASE SHOULD BE AGAINST FILM CENSOR BOARD AND NOT ON THE ACTORS
by waniwani on Dec 03, 2006 04:12 PM

It is really strange that to get publicity some people are engaged in cheap ways to remove any problem / virus from our society. This is just like a case where obscenity case filed against Actor and Actress who made a kiss in DHOOM2. But are they really culprit? The real culprit is Indian Film Censor Board and without getting sanction from it, no producer dares to show the picture at least in India. So, as is in the case of politics, corruption or rotten minded intellectuals are inside in the Film Censor Board and they are interested to see such type of activities and also like to promote those films thereby they may also get some satisfaction which they did not get in their real husband and wife relationship. Actors and Actresses will do whatever the producers wanted in front of camera or outside, whether they need to shoot nude or obscente scenes because of money they are getting in turn of their actions. We should understand that in the present century there is no moral ethics in wife and husband relationship in the film circles as well as all types of celebrities and high class rich (economically) societies. The weddings of these families are only for the continuation of their

The case should be against the censor who allowed such scene and should not be against individuals they are paid for it. But to see open or not open it is in the hands of censor so we have to sue only sensor not the individuals

Nonsense!!!!
by Sandeep on Dec 03, 2006 11:32 AM

Dhoom is a movie made for pure entertainment and it does succeed. It certainly doesn't promote vulgarity of any sort. The advocate Shailendra Dwivedi is doing this simply for the sake of publicity and to see his name printed in papers and his name flashed across news channels which r dying to get these kind of cheap news..
Grow up Mr. Dwivedi!!!!

Now this is too much.........its too pathetic !!!!
by Denty X:19 on Dec 03, 2006 11:28 AM

its just too pathetic to file cases for issues like these. The people who put allegations for these kinda issues are just those un-employed beggars who just wanna fill their time to gain some cheap popularity. Wanna do something real, then file cases and raise voices against all the vulgur things that are going on within the society. You all are just a bunch of cheap people who do not have any class. Dhoom 2 is a way ahead movie, and not for cheap classes like u.

Cheap Publicity for objecting
by pawa on Dec 03, 2006 11:24 AM

There are far more pressing urgencies for the society. Take the example of the roads, power and dirty water which we are forced to suffer daily. A cinema goer has a choice. No one is forcing him to watch a vulgar movie. It should not be allowed to protest against movies which are approved by censor board.
