The case should be put up against the censor authorities as they have deemed it ok at the first place.If a case has been put up against this KISS scene then cases should also be filed against most hindi movies.It has become common these days of such scenes in hindi movies....people should change...and discourage them openly...but when people go and watch such movies..these bound to happen....
The kiss was not at all vulgar. Infact this was 1 kiss which I found to be not arousing any titillation but even then looked beutiful, full of true emotions with no sex appeal in it. Infact being a woman I can gurantee diwvedi that none of the female viewers must have felt odd at the scene. This was one scene that floated with the movie and was enacted well.
I have seen the movie Dhoom 2 and though I didn't like it and found it to be a total waste of the 500 bucks i spend watching it in a multiplex, I miss the point regarding why a obscenity case should be filed against the actors!!! When there are hundreds of other films released in Bollywood which portrays women in the wrong light, as a submissive, all-suffering person who sheds clothes during dance numbers...why single out a movie in which the actors at least look good!!! The kiss scene is nothing but a mere liplock, its not even an out and out kiss scene! and the for the clothes they wear, well its a matter of personal taste and opinion and if they carry it off, why ask them to cover it up?? besides, these ppl have sweated it out in the gym for months to lose whatever excess lard they can to look good for the film. So when they do all this hardwork so they can do their best, why take them to court to simply get the extra moolah out of the producers???
Are you kidding me ? Dont tell me our society is so prude. No this is useless people having nothing better to do. Please file cases against politicians who use government coffers as their personal piggy bank or state governments which attack civil liberties. Corruption is obscene, apathy is obscene but kissing and expressing love...please that is not at all obscene.
Hi, Why are we so stupid, everybody has faced sexual comments while walking on the street and everybody wants to have one extra affair, everybody who sues actors would have some skeletons in their closets, why cant we grow up and see things the way they are, this is stupid waste of time, Indian society, grow up!!!!
Its promoting Vulgarity and Obscenity!!?????U got to be kidding.What abt other Hindi films where they show full love making scenes.Its just a kiss for gods sake and that too for 3 seconds.Whats harm in that?Abhishek kissed Rani in B&B and why wasn't there any hoopla abt it.Just GROW UP!!!!!
