The music of rising is outstanding .. rahman proves again that he in his best in historical movies...
The song sung by kavithais really a gem in his composition.. i would not accept that the music is a let down.. since it is a historical story the music not a western type..
I have a feeling this movie is one of those which will be good in parts, potential to be a great movie, but falters...mainly because they have taken just too much time to make...also, the plot is relatively straightforward...Lagaan took too much time, but the movie took every one by surprise.
I want Aamir movies to do well, mainly for his professionalism. But i have this funny feeling this movie is going to be a blip in his career!
I think this is an over-hyped movie of last 20 years. The budget of the movie is 120 crores (12 times the budget of Sarkaar) and I think this will be a big disaster for the producer.
yes in my opinion it will be a blockbuster hit.the fact that aamir khan will be featuring in it after 4 long years is enough for it to be a hit.in addition the presence of other good stars and a good director will make it a big hit.
