Expecting people to blindly follow the make in India will not work for all categories of people. You cannot expect me not to buy iPhone just because it has been made in china but of course I will not buy clothes, daily core items and other items like crackers and decorative items etc. Some people like me will never compromise on things that helps increase efficiency and is convenient. I would be glad to see that apple iPhones start getting made in India. Writer should not expect people to have - accept all or none attitude.
Make in India only can be possible if the PM will pressurize & insist the Chinese manufacturing Companies to manufacture in India only otherwise theirs goods shall not be imported. In this condition definitely not only Chinese but other Companies of the world will be bound to manufacture their goods in India as our country is a largest consumer of manufacturing goods of the world.
The \"growth\"taking place in India is not balanced. It is in uncontrolled \"tumors\"in pockets. Tumorous growth cannot be called the healthy growth of the body.
But the problem is quality and pricing. I find the business-class in India is too greedy and want to become billionaire in one day and they indulge in all sorts of malpractices and make cheap and worthless products. After sales service too is poor and make one run from pillar to post after buying some products. Such mentality must be curbed and there should be proper guidelines to protect the interests of all.

Yes I agreed to your point but in India the productivity is very less in comparison to China due to our unsuitable labour law.
This NDA Government completed only two years, and there is a considerable change. The change is not visible to some who think the UPA way. For them it has become a fashion to ridicule NDA Govt. All the other parties are united against NDA in the name of secularism. They overlook the development. They have only one mission. Thwart the NDA. When Congress and UPA could not do it in 60 years, give a chance for NDA to try in five/ten years. Development cannot come overnight by a magic. The thinking of the people of the nation is undergoing a drastic change, and a feeling of confidence set in from the frustration.
