Indian law is very weak for worker and it is strong for employer. Mallya paid all dues to his foreign staff b'coz foreign law very strong for employee but in india you can't do anything against these businessman and i hate this type of law.

everyone says they belive in Indian judicial system, but at the first opportunity, they run away from India see the US courts who finish cases on time, punish and release Rajat Gupta My guess is no indian law can bind Mallya, but because of frenzy of media, they put people behind bar illegally and its the travesty of justice in India By the way,no girl is complaining
Mr. Ballal and others must understand that all business do not make a profit and some will lose due to bad management decisions or govt policies or just being in a bad place at the wrong time. Mr. Mallya is not personally liable for their salaries as he is an entrepreneur who started the airline with big hopes but somewhere along the line things did not work out. He is not a monster to be blamed for taking away the bread from their mouths. There are millions of bankrupt companies around the world each year but non promotor is expected to sell his house to pay salaries

But during Kingfisher crisis, Dr Mallya was partying and the staff were not getting their salaries. there are many instance of Dr Mallya having good time during that crisis.
In India all systems are there but non functional!! Govt collects tax, PF n state govts collects tax for employment!! How the employees covered in this situation!! Complex laws and slow judiciary and policing is lethargic!! Rich get away !! But the poor has to live with the nonfunctional govt departments!!
I open up a company. I bring in my own investments. Although it is different issue how banks could lend on a meager 5-10% asset guarantee but they invest the rest. Now the business flops in next 5 years. It got bankrupt a people start to liquidate whatever they can. Now I as the CEO or chairman or director or promoter, am not legally bound to pay for loss from my own account! Had the airline been success, the employees would have been first to rise in claiming their hand behind it. Now that it has failed, only the leader is responsible...how fair is that? The company failed not only because the leader didn't perform well but also because its employees did not!
The airline never made a profit since its inception. Couldn't the employees see that and make necessary strategies in co-ordination with the management? If not, then they had ample time to leave and find another opportunity. The airline started in 2005 and salaries started getting delayed from 2011. Any one sane enough would not want to work with a company that has been in loss with last 6 years. They should have switched earlier!
Also, Malya has already paid enough for the loss through his premium assets and cash options..round about 2900 cr till now. He is not legally bound to pay more from his stash that he earned from some other businesses. If he does that is quite generous of him but legally he isn't bound to!
The actual culprit are the public bank heads who gave tax payers money at just 5-10% guarantee!

Mr Nirmal Chandra : you are grossly underestimating the cunningness of Mallya in making Inter Company transfer of funds wherein money recd by one company in the group ( specially, the liquor ) is very swiftly transferred into another company of the group so that, it could " take care of " Mallya's amorous activities...!!.. KFA was also diverted on these holy lines.
take this chance a good chance to show entire Indians that such people cannot feel entire Indians. Dont allow him to enjoy... use all power to catch him... even sending smart boys to shoot him in his home in UK.
