It is heart touching reality of an employees. Govt. need to take immediate action on this to recover their compensation (salary). Bank sanctioned their loan on fictitious assets of the company. But Employees were working hard to revive the Company. All need to support on employees agitations. At any how employees need to get their compensate amounts.
Bring him from wherever he is living/hiding/dancing/partying/ and hand it over to the staff whose salary has not been paid for last many years. They would take CARE OFF him on all aspects very well.

In our great country, there are LOT many Mallyas, who for their personal gains, or for their TUGHALQISH policies, ruin their life of their employees, without keeping in mind that these are the very people who brought their company into glory, & based on the hard work done by the employees, they are enjoying their lavish life.
LML LIMITED also was one such company having their factory & office in KANPUR.
During 1996-1999, the performance of the company was at peak & based on our efforts only the Singhania's were enjoying. The product also was very very good for common Indian customer.
The foolish policy of Some Tughlaq from this family, made a wrong decision and entire Marketing, SPD, & staff was curtailed ( CHHATNI) in 2000. later on based on company's foolish policy & policy failure, the entire production also was stopped. Lot many employees were NOT paid their months' salary together.
Very same as MALLYA's, SINGHANIAs also ruined lot of families of employees, like me.
Kingfisher Airlines never paid the statutory TDS deducted from employees salaries. This itself should have set off alarm bells for the employees. Defaulting on TDS deducted but not paid into the govt. treasury is a criminal offence. For seven years UPA govt. and the Income Tax Department, slept on this default without any action.
i think every individual should support and file a petition against this shameless vijay mallya.he should be behind bars for atleast 5 yrs so that he should come to know what the crisis is.

As long as the business house is in order all the ppl irrespective gender danced his tunes forgetting their sociability. Today crying foul as the Co is in bad shape. Thousands of crore rupees, so much of men and material developed a strong business. The wrong is with his business managers, if I am not wrong. First should book the managers of those business houses which not performed well instead the man behind the empire. This will worth to Subrato Rai also.
Dear Friends, Kindly note that TVS had run their business on value systems and thus sustained and still going strong ..... so what can you expect from Mallaya without values in life.....you drink merry with women and run for your lives on coming to senses...
