He paid ur salaries and you enjoyed yourself working for what was seen as a good airline. Ungrateful people like this dont deserve to be paid.

The guy, as he himself says, came to KFA from Air India which was ruined by employees. He did not mention what "cushy" salaries he was getting even when the airline was grounded. He is talking about some unfortunate guys surviving on "Vada-Pavs". People like him just want to create sympathy based on misfortunes of others. No justification of Mallya. But see so many KFA employees (especially "cabin crew") we watch with Mallya asking favours of sorts. He is typical Indian employee who always thinks that the owner is the greatest "Dushman" of staff/workers. Most, if not all, employees of Tatas, Godrejs, Ambanis, Premjees etc think the same way.

Frustration after enjoyment
by sansar niranjna on Mar 26, 2016 01:08 PM  | Hide replies

Employees, passengers, bankers and many others enjoyed the fun when the going was good.

As usual and normal, after the peak comes the downward slide.

Great salvation !!!!

by Damodar Biswal on Mar 26, 2016 12:38 PM

Mallya was more interested in his calendar ladies than KFA.He did not understand what he did n the result is death of KFA.Unfortunate employees. They suffered because of the whims of a single man.

If you dont like, then leave.

No one was putting a gun to the head of these employees to work for kingfisher. If they didnt like they should have left.

UPA is to blame for this mess. they were the ones who gave generous loans to Vijay mallay, just like they gave to Mr. vadra.

Very true same UPA now blames present Govt for both Mallya and Nirav Modi but the same Govt gave long ropes to both by going out of the way to see that these companies gain hefty loan and now UPA is crying foul, at first they breed corrupt businessman and later blame others for corruption.

guys
donot get estyrayed from main issue here of plight of these employees, it can happen to any employee if the employer is a dacoit, like malya daku.
So think how to get this daku to bring to punishment who looted common man of India. There are so many in our country like him who are looting comman man of comman wealth of Indians. We need to do some concentrated efforts to bring these dacoits to law and no one dares to do same again
best regards
arun

Adjustments
by Nirman on Mar 25, 2016 03:06 PM  | Hide replies

Life means adjustments. If king fisher was not paying salaries on time, or delaying salaries regularly, it was a good enough indicator for the employees to leave the company and live a low quality life than what they were used to. Once a person gets used to a certain luxury, it is very difficult for them live a low standard of life , but then this is what is life all about. Ups and downs.... easier said then done but when there is no choice one has to to take up any job which comes your way. How can some one stick to company for so long and cry. Vijay Mallya is a culprit , but the biggest culprits are the bankers, politicians and all the guys involved in giving loan to this company.
Though I have sympathy with the employees , but you cannot drag this. Go find some work, even if it means to run a taxi. Now a days OLa/Uber drivers make good money.. and get on with life. Good times will come again and remember to be wise then.

maybe your intentions are or are not bad - but - your language undoubtedly is. one MUST be a bit more UNDER STANDING and POLITE while speaking on such issues.
Not that they did not try - but what with so many people getting out of job? what about the loans they had taken during the good days? what about the future planning of their children?
After all even if they are not directly related to me ...Humanity...does relate us with each other.
