Railway do not work to clean railway stations in Bihar neither Public interested in it. All development work of railway station is in Gujrat not in Bihar. Bihar is still in 1947 due to biharis and representative elected by them.
The findings are from the feedback given by the passengers. Let us accept the facts and try to imrove the cleanliness of public places rather painting with motives.

Mr. Gupta is absolutely right. take the feedback in right spirit. Of course any stations name listed wrongly - should be pointed out for correcting the list.

If somebody finds facts to the contrary, they can click pictures and upload it in social media.
I am eye witness, India has become cleaner, after the Swachha Bharat. Even in my college where I work, staff and students have reciprocated for Clean College, Swachha Bharat. The college canteen looks very clean and hygienic.
world knows what is the status of Bihar and how the situation is . Naturally all railway stations will be dirty as noted by author .mod man cant hide the facts
