Chennai central stinks... No one bothers to keep it clean neither the Railway nor the people..!
Another pre planned show to show that gujarat is clean and bihar is bad. The worst smell one can smell when you visit communities where gujjus reside. Eeew.
Of the stations mentioned as clean are mostly small stations and fairly bigger are Surat, Salem and Rajkot. Where there are lesser traffic with lesser travelling population and interim stations naturally those stations are being kept clean. Those stations mentioned above could not be compared with metro stations and with big terminal stations.

How broad your thoughts are!. Here the scavenging is not the question with huge or lesser manpower. Who and how much dirt is made and when it is being made is the question. During night travel in between stations, seldom a few passengers get down as most passengers are asleep and it is not the case in day trains. It depends on rush as well as traffic in a particular station. Some stations may have traffic but some trains may not have stop, that also may be one of the reasons, the stations are being kept clean. Similarly in terminals some train starts and ends which may be a cause for making dirt. Very minimum scavengers are working during nights. Stations are being made dirt mostly between 6 am to 10 am.
When a particular comment is made, due to space constraints certain points cannot be explained in detail - does not mean the person who writes have lesser knowledge.
Please see clearly there are stains in the floor . If you want clean see the passenger train of South it is clean even if you say Gujrat is cleanest station what other facility you get is 0
IS THIS PHOTOGRAPH EXPOSES ANY CLEANLINESS OF GUJARAT RAILWAY PLATFORMS...NO NOT AT ALL IT IS STILL DIRTY, SEE CAREFULLY. If you have photograph then post it, why fear people will judge which is cleanest of all.
educate , give proper education, make them to study from LKG - just in 16 years you can get good bihar, but lallu will not allow this, because people will not vote for him

only education can bring cleanliness; if it was so, why you happen to see heaps of stinking Vegetable, Non-Veg and other "Kachda" in every nook and corner, especially each and every water bodies in trhe state !!!!!. Really we shud have the mentality to remain clean. I feel sad abt the so called Gods own Country can go down in heaps of stinking wastes.
