Hello Mr. Gosh and all the other flks who have cmmented here.
Firstly, many Congratulations to you Sir. Great job. Well done.
We have (I and a couple of other friends) designed and I have been using solar powered LED lights for the last 3-4 years at my residence. The circuit is so efficient, I have been using batteries which are older than 10 years and they still give sufficent light and backup time. We could not go further for lack of funds. I work in a private firm supportng our office in the US and have done all the research with my own funds. For lack of funds my project is not moving forward for the last two years. A long way to go before we reach the work done by Mr. Gosh and his team.
The circuit we designed only works for solar owered LED lights. Many people I contacted were asking if it would run a TV or fan etc. The answer is a NO. Sorry.
Sir, please share the setup/methodology for hooking up with existing society distribution panel/govt distribution grid. I am an electrical engineer working as IT professional, want to setup for our exisitng society of 160 flats (Delhi). -- RK Singh , raakeshsingh@gmail.com

Kindly see the area calculation linked to set up SPVPP. Cost Economics is also mentioned in my replies.
I take this opportunity to congratulate you and your team for achieving the process of actual implementation.
I also feel proud to be a part of the entire project and for whatever little I could contribute.
Apart from the project approval, funding, technology selection and the installation your effort of exporting the excess power to CESC Grid under the "Net Metering" policy deserves special credit.
With soaring energy prices and enabling government policies today solar has not only achieved grid parity but is likely to be cheaper in a year or two.Apart from the commercial aspect the cumulative environmental benefits over the lifecycle period is immense.
