So,will Mosquitoes_rat_termite_and cockroaches still continue free travel in AC Coaches ?
1) Donot allow any one to enter railway platform without a ticket.It is not necessary for 50 relatives_to accompany each_passenger and create traffic_jamm_in the platform
2) At each station,please lock the_toilet and open it after it leaves the platform just as it is done in all civilized country.The TT should clean_toilet also like they do in China after every 2-3 hours.
3.Donot allow any outside_vendor to sell anything in a running train.Those in the platform must be authorised vendors.
4.No beggar_to be allowed in platform or train.
5.All compartments must have CC_Tv camera near the wash_basin to catch TT_taking money and allowing_passenger to travel without ticket.
6.The attendents_AC compartments who sick_money(TIPS) for serving food,giving blanket should be dismissed by detecting through close circuit_camera.
7.No political party should be allowed to run_riot by occupying place_illegally in any train to attend some political rally.
8.Remove chain pulling system.Instead have telephone to contact train driver in case of urgency to stop the train.In which country except India,people can stop a train by chain pulling?
9.For Gauds_sake,please increase average speed from 50 km to 80 km.
10.Allow people to book ticket maximum 30 days in advance.Increase cancellation_charge to Rs_100 per ticket
11.The Lungi_ganjee culture of coolie_and workers in platform has to go.

Every worker has to follow safety standard and wear shirt pant and shoes in railway platform.
Also TT should sweep each compartment like they do in China.In India,it seems compartment sweeping is the job of slum boys who will come and sweep and ask 1 rupee.Indian people should also be civilised and stop throwing peanut covers into the floor.I find it irritating when my shoes crush those peanut shells thrown by other passengers

Its a very good suggestion. But its a very big challenge to implement in a country like India.
the most populated, most crucial for agro products and civilized one DELHI-saharanpur is ignored. a 100 km stretch is single line and unelectric with limited trains ram gopal
WHEN PASSANGER PAY MONEY HE MUST GET SEAT IN EVERY TRAIN ,IF A PERSON DOESNT GET SEAT THEN IT IS CASE OF CHEATING BY RAILWAY DEPARTMENT, WHEN PEOPLE TRAVEL BY ANY OTHER MODE THEY ALWAYS GET A SEAT(TAXI, TANGA,AUOTO RIKSHA,AIR,SHIP,)
Bus manufactureres like volvo and tata does not want any trains. They want people to travel in overpriced buses run by corrupt. The car manufacturers both indian and foreien does not want local trains, metro etc.

Goverment is all bend to increase corruption or bribery. This bribery has become institutionalised or regular monthly pay for them.
Isted of starting a nerw train from Kalka-Katra Express (Bi-weekly) Via Morinda it is better to start this train from puri to katra because 1000s of pilgrams comes from orissa.Again the same case will happen as happened with duronto chandigarh -amritsar.
donot worry,if govt of india cannot run train in your area,then soon china will run bullet train for you in your area. because china has already started entering india from all sides.hope china will do more than govt of india for all of us.
