if govt of india cannot run train in your area,then soon china will run bullet train for you in your area. because china has already started entering india from all sides.hope china will do more than govt of india for all of us.
The budget fails to provide a direction for the future of railways. It is a mere status report of various projects earlier taken up and the financial reporting.
When there is so much to improve, this budget has hardly taken any steps to meet the increasing reliance of common man on railways ... ever increasing roadway prices
Howmany trains will have additional coaches is not m entioned anywahere. The emphasis shoud,have been providing additional second class coaches in all passenger -local trains. that woould have been a b lessing to the commonman. also express tains should have more ordinary compartments
Completely Ignored the North east .. There is urget need to Connect the Tezpur to braodgauge.. There is urget need to Connect the Itanagar Arunachal pradesh to braodgauge.. China is already reached to himalya... Lumding -Silchar Broadgauge line is still in limbo the 20 year has gone in working no results or progress
They should make budget with the following priorities.
1. Elimination of corruption at every level.From ticketing, TTE to implementation of projects and material procurements.
2. Connectivity and Frequency: India is a highly unconnected country. Max stress should be given to increase connectivity and increase the frequencies further (Both freight and Passenger).
3.Security and Timeliness. Ensure theft and accident free railway services. From ladies handbags, Mobiles to looting of the freight from bogies like coal and potato.
4.Improvisation of all existing services. Hygiene, Food, conveyance and interconnectivity to trains , stations.
5.Increase of fare : Increase in fare should be as minimum as required.No increase leads to dalal or agent nuisance too.
Railways should carry people for free even.
Use Latest technology to ensure above all and gradually bring in public participation and money.
There is need for Increase of average speed of the train(superfast) for this railway need modern sensor be fitted on the track and this will be communicated to driver(throgh LCD Panel) so that No need of watching the signals even in fog train can run smoothly this sensor cost only one lakh in one KM One sensor is enough.. 100 crore rs Patna to delhi route can be automated... EMU track should be sepaerated ... Delhi to palwal, Delhi-Bulandshar.. sothat the suparfast train can run smoothely... Daily passenger be separated by introducing Eleveted plateform at major station as NEw delhi, Nizamdin...(It may be near to roads)
