Before building this tunnel, they will go for a 2G type of auction and then swindle the money.It will be called the KS Tunnel scandal. You are giving ideas for them to make money.

There is need to confirm the fact as a tunnel related to Parbati-II Hydro Electric Project(NHPC Ltd.) is also in progess which is also long enough at Garsa,Bhuntar Distt Kullu of Himachal pradesh

You are talking about hydro power tunnel where as the secomn in question is road tunnel. both are different
