Fremji's Vipro is like Municipality, they have only Testing projects & Netwrongking projects, in the history so far they delivered Billions of Failed Projects in the GULF countries alone.
vipro is king of delivering failed projects to Gulf Countries.
According to wipro its legal to deliver failed Projects & bill to Customer.
Fremji is getting Projects, by spy Gulf Countries for Iran.

First and foremost thing needed now a Rapid Mass Transport system i.e. Creating a new Rail corridor alongwith big highways connecting with every rural roads with bypasses and subways instead of creating like a Berlin wall type Expressway where local connectivity is not possible and there is isolated development. For India's development Railways Freight and passenger transport need to be improved into 4 fold to ensure fast and rapid development. Next removal of Licence-Inspector-permit-quota raj especially in SME sector and ensure better liberalisation at domestic sector.Govt. should act as a facilitator rather than an obstructer like today. We should say big 'NO' for Express ways where there is no connectivity with rural roads. It is going to create more traffic jam and pollution. Roads should not be made just to collecting tolls, taxes and octroi, it should be free from all these hurdles to ensure better competitiveness in product and services. India cannot ensure price and quality competitiveness compare to China and other neighbouring nation considering complicate bureaucracy, instable decision, excess fuel charges compare to other countries (govt. collecting taxes more than actual petro price), toll tax, octroi etc. which is quite unbearable and obstructing movements and creating more traffic jams. We should create Punjab model of development (Ludhiana) where there is lots of SMEs and also engaged in agricultural activities. Both going hand in hand. Avoid land grabbing
our political dog always smell the rotten things first and drag it and put in front of indian Citizens who run away from the problems then some foreign sweepers clean the same swallow the funds and pay alms to beggars/buggers in Loksabh,who bargain for the entire country with them for deposits in Swish bank to enjoy froeign trip under the soft name STUDY TOUR and fly with family in charter plane spending the funds raised by loan from world bank or IMF and so on these robbers should be put in ANDMAN cellular jail and treated as VEER SARVARKAR treated by british red monkeys
we need to develop skill of our villager , giving them exposure to other cities so that they may see thing happening in their own neighbourhood, we !00% home with tv, phone,cable and local club of religious,health, yoga,scientific, pool of land under trust where everyone can get job at least for timepassing ,beproductive, city life is full of slaver for majority of people, india cannot become !00% urban,if we adopt new technology of computer,information,we can save lot of expenditure,give everyone equity to development of india,, india need to adopt different system of development, empowering whole downtrodden people
