It’s seems that entire list is endorsed these firms. There are other Indian companies doing well for their employees and society at least that should be in list.
It is probably one of the best results that one can actually expect to see. IT has gone to the cleaners in HR area - Just goes to show that we are getting better in all areas as a nation and the notion of IT spearheading the growth has been put to rest. Who says that IT is the way to go for a young graduate on the current day - They have better choices to look at.

No one will agree to that. There is hardly any money in manufacturing. Besides the working environment of dust gases don't make it glamourous either.

I believe this list is about "Best Indian Employers". So those MNCs may not appear. In any case, this list looks like a joke

Wipro fires its people for petty reasons. I agree if the bills are fake then action should be taken against employees. But what about the visa fraud that Wipro does? Asking employees to lie at the US Ports of entry esp when trying to go on a B1 Visa?
Wipro send even a fresher to apply for a B1 visa. But now things are not looking well and so the prospectice applicants' numbers have come down.

If you take best employers from the bottom, Cognizant should be in that list! I think only 25 companies participated in this poll. Funny survey!
