IOC/ONGC one of tme most ineffiecient & unprofessional organization. Just size doesn't make one good. You look typical PSU mentality from Bihar/UP.
NTPC seems to be the only PSU/Govt company in this list. What about huge organisations like public sector banks, RBI, NABARD, BSNL, Railways and the Indian Administrative service (babus).....What is the criteria for best employers, because in terms of perks across all employees (not just a few top employees), these PSUs are untouched.
Ppl who want to change jobs, look at the list as Rediff seems to have made it after donations from these companies looking to lure prospective employees, to fill the gaps made by the ppl leaving these companies.
