Read the 1st line...... this survey wasnt done by rediff it was by Aon Hewitt.
Rediff (as it usually does) just copy pasted this!
But I agree with the Aon Hewitt survey.....
CTS was kicked out by many clients in US.... for pathetic HR practices... lousy account managers interfering with full time employees at clients side in decision making.... which they are not supposed to do. I have personally seen this.
If they can behave that way in US.... I dont think they are doing any better in India.
It also explains why Infosys isnt in this list too...
Now a days , The Indian MNC chairman like Azim Premji, Ratan Tata, Shiv Nadar have invested min of Rs. 1000 Crores for improving Indian Education from Primary School level that includes changing syllabus and training teachers etc. So instead of maintaining proper work culture in their companies, they blame the education system for the decline in their profit margin. This is seen only as a political initiative from corporates as they surely worsen the education system further in agreement with politicians ( who wants to spoil traditional education one gets in his/her mother tongue)and Academic Professors (who need more money for their PHD degree).
