I wonder how come mindtree made it to this list. So many people are resigning that its CEO thought it some kind of a latest trend and he also resigned . later he realised that he is the CEO. hahhahaha. Mindtree Consultancy( I will not call it limited)= Slave trading company. all the middle management and project managers should be stoned to death. The change there policies twice a day once before lunch once after lunch. What a joke. how much u paid rediff to be in the list. i guess less that is why ur at 19th place.

Rediff knows only one thing- goofing: never give correct info. the title is Best Employers. TVS group, TATA group ( till JRD's time atleast), even Kirloskar group till SLK was alive- were very good employers! not by salary but by good treatment. Godrej- run by Parsees must be a good employer.

its not true when u go towards the middle management that aditya birla group companies entertain well. many of the the middle and lower top mgmt people have left the organization(including me who have worked with the group for quite long time)because of the sluggish nature inside the group. group in gud in terms of job security but not at all fit in trms of dynamic nature except for top mgmt team.
I could not say anything about it ... recently I have seen none worse a company than the airtel - They are cheating people , providing no services are behaving terribly rude with the consumers ... and they top all this with worse services they provide ...

but the company is good as it still keeps those employees on payroll... That should be good company to work with...but not good to buy services from....
Unless ethical values based on our sages through Character building and Nation making concepts are inculculated no organisation should join in competition. Now a days accolades are purchased. Practically all corporate Houses are "Satyam" like organisation more or less. What does "best employeer" mean. Is it less work/ association with corruption and full pay hike and promotion/ increment ? What about commitment of employees & employers in nation building excercise ? These are not being reflected in today's Bharat. Condition of our motherland is serious now. Black British Indians are running the show.
i dont understand why people are so fussy about their profits, market share etc. all this article says is that here are the best employers. this is based on some parameters which definitely dont include company's profits etc
Brighter, Whiter, More Brighter, More Whiter, Brighter Whiter, Brighter Whiter More Whiter... Those words look familiar!!!!!!!!!! More than 40 years they are making cloths whiter. Best employer? Right. Those best employees having MBA degrees are playing with words and simple minded people.
