All Politicians are not Corrupt
by shyamal das on May 07, 2011 10:30 PM

Corruption is existing in all works of life. All Politicians are not corrupt, only a few politicians are corrupt. Our country is a great one in this World. We have very good leaders in works of life. But, of course, We, as citizen of India, have to keep our eyes open and raise our voice. .
Some stringent laws must be framed wherein all Central & State Government/Non government executives & non-executives, All judicials irrespective of status of Courts, Political Leaders including All Ministers including Prime Minister of India will be covered / regulated.
I hope Country can get effective result to check corruption.
Keep faith our Constitution & respect. Awareness of Citizen is more important to check corruption.
Corrupt Politicians will be punished.
Keep faith.

The politicians are the perpetrators of the corrupt sytem.
by chanakya maurya on May 07, 2011 01:36 PM

To expect them to fight corruption is to expect a monkey from giving up his jumping habits from one tree to another.

Their full time concentration is to scheme new ways of scams through which huge funds can be sucked from the system into the secret Swiss bank accounts.

The fatter the account the more powerful a politician.

This yardstick is nursing the system.

India & Corruption
by INDIAN VOTER on May 06, 2011 12:00 PM

India has a long history of corruption since ages. Corrupt practices of Hinduism led to castesim leading to disunity in society & slavery under Mughals & British rule. Hard won independence is now again lost to corruption Rule.
Morevoer, in banana republic of Inda politicians are given VIP treatment in all walks of public life .But investigation for (corruption/crime) against such VIP’s are seldom resolved on VIP basis(fast track mechanism). Enforcing existing governance rules with common sense can clear non- governance filth more effectively than making more laws that go to overburden existing governance mechanism /arena.

CORRUPTION
by Ghanshyam sengar on May 06, 2011 10:31 AM

Politicians are the ones who are systmaticaly generating newer and newer avenues of corruption. They are siphoning funds from education sector and deploying it for mid-day meal schemes, scholarship for scstobcminoritybased on region etc. They are siphoing funds from health sector and deploying it for buying health insurance for poor shemes, reimursement of health care expenses based on castereligeonregion etc so CORRUPTON CAN FLOURISH SO PEOPLE ARE FOOLS TO BELIEVE THAT ANY DAY CORRUPTION CAN BE CURBED BY POLITICIANS BEUROCRATS

Everything for the rich and mighty????
by Discusion Forum on May 05, 2011 12:12 PM  | Hide replies

The law/rule makers are rich and mighty and they make it in favour of them. Commonmen/poor people have not value. 3000 people were deployed for searching Arunachal CM. It it was a common man, what would be the fate?. So everything is for them.

Civil society is reportedly split over Lokpal Bill,(TOI Kolkata edition dated 29th April 2011) NAC (National Advisory Council) reportedly opines that a banquet of systemic reforms with a clutch of laws is required to curb graftImplicit in this is the suggestion that there is no need or hurry for Lokpal Bill. No,Lokpal bill should never be put in cold storage,it should be taken to its logical conclusion. No "throwing hammer in the works" business please...JAI HIND
