The best city in the world is MUMBAI. Not very clean? that's fine as long as the people are great and the city gives me many opportunities. Mumbai rocks! BTW all the mentioned cities above have negligible population. If only they had our population they would have rotten to deatth. India Jai ho!

More criteria:

(1) Smell
: automatic sensors should be used

(2) Road roughness
: automatic sensors should be used

Smells in most Indian cities are always very bad, except a few small places like hill stations

Higher population is just an excuse to remain lazy and dirty. If there are 15 clean people in a small 10 by 10 room it still stays clean as aganst 1 lazy guy who says cleaning is time waste. let, me jack of instead.

he didn't call it a dust bin. it *is* a dust bin. we can call it mumbin as a euphemism. we don't want to hurt sentiments by calling a blind man blind, right ?

yeah sure, we send all the dump & garbage to ur place bangalore, so that you scavengers can make some living out of it. Your yeddi is enough to make himself, yourself and your city worthless in few years. Stick to your useless city, where it is ruled by outsiders, whether it is IT ot governance ( Reddy bros) and the natives are nothing but gutless and senseless slaves and will continue to remain for several centuries to come licking others feet.

Helsinki - Finland

I have visited Helsinki 2 times and I was amazed at the beauty and cleanliness of the city. I have seen citizens personally picking up even small piece of garbage and personally walking to nearest dustbin to dump it. Even after 1 million years, no city in India can match Helsinki.

World's 10 cleanest city
by Amit Bhatia on Mar 28, 2011 06:59 AM  | Hide replies

We always say that our city is not clean. My views are that we are the people who can keep our city clean than the city municipal authorities. We do not keep the city clean and nobody will be bothered. I am of the opinion that people living in the city are atleast 50% responsible for such cleaniness.
