INDIAN RAILWAYS AND INDIAN TRACKS ARE FIRST THE DIRTIEST. TO RUN THE CONCEPT OF CLEANLINESS THE ONLY WAY IS TO PENALIZE THEM WITH HUGE FINE WHICH WILL INDEED RESTRAIN THEM TO MAKE THE PLACE DIRTY AND STINKING.

I fully agree. I visited some villages in Rajasthan and found the quality of life far better than Jaipur, the highly polluted city.

How is it Bengaluru, New Delhi,
Ahmadabad, Chandigarh, Patna, Mathura, Varanasi, Haridwar, Rishikesh, etc., have not been included. Also Karachi, Rawalpindi and Daka are left out. Its sheer racism of West. Our MEA should protest and try to include atleast Varanasi and Haridwar.

bala, bang

The article is about the cleanest cities and not about dirtiest cities. If it would have been about dirtiest cities, then they would definately include varanasi and haridwar.I think your eyes cant see the diffrence between clean and dirty or probably you are not aware of these opposites.
