Yeah Yeah!!! Make excuses to keep you house and the county dirty. You lazy buggers...in the name of making the country not a museum, you spit, urinate and defecate all over and ensure that the nation is not a museum. Right???You irresponsible fellows should be jailed for such an attitude!!!
India Costal Cities are huge rainfall then hot and humid whether makes shabby appearance of Indian Urban landscape. Only dry and foggy whether maintain clean hyginic conditions for long time. In Indian climate food and biological waste stale in 24 hours and sting fume around cities like garbage house. Waste disposal system of muncipalty is merely rituals.
11th city should be Bangalore! How clean is this city that too during Metro works. Metro = This generation dreaming and constructing for the next generation. This will be fully operative in next 25 years.
Only Soniaji can take India out of the present rot. She alone has the courage, wisdom, attitude & ability to guide India to Superpower status by 2025. Rahulji is being groomed perfectly under her guidance & is bound to be the biggest icon of yourth of all times.
It is time Soniaji assumes PM ship of India, Rahulji as Dy. PM & Priyankaji as HM.
Oldies in BJP can take a call & merge their party with the 125 years old congress party.
Soniaji, big-hearted that she is, will perhaps throw tid-bits to the oldies.
Visit the capital of UP Lukhnow , it is world's cleanest city now after building the world famous Kashiram Park spread over 15 million square meters. UP is 2nd richest state closing in on the number 1 Maharastra.

I was in Lucknow in August last year. Just saw how public funds are misused to the maximum by building statues and scary structures. All the time I only saw White ambassador cars with Red lights hooting all the time. Politicians and bureaucrats making mess of the city.I vowed never to go back.
Also, had a visit to neighboring city Kanpur next day. People told that this city is among the dirtiest cities, but still surviving and growing on the entrepreneurship skills of Kanpuriites and its excellent educational facilities.

Ya you talked like an I D I O T. Don't ban anything you think these people don't have tobacco products. It is people's personal responsibility not to throw stuff around.
Besides you cannot tell others what to do and what not to do this is a free country when it comes to shared space like roads and public spaces its personal responsibility. If someone spits on the road it goes to show what kind of person they are.
It will be funny to ban urinating because it is a dirty habit what will we do?
have some respects for the freedom that our democracy offers. You don't want these politicians making decisions for us. Now a good civic lesson would be good. Teach them when they are young.
