I believe all the cell phone cos./operators are rocking in the same boat,in this article you will find one person complaining about one service provider while the other person complaining about the other service provider or/and vice versa.In short all are pathetic or all equally good service providers ,so better not argue who is the best as all are sailing in the same boat whether it be Govt.owned cellphone service provider or private co.owned. the best network & services are of satellite phones in this era ,but i doubt if its available in India,I know of Thuraya satellite phones in middle east ,they are the best.
The advts. issued by all service providers are so confusing and ambiguous. You are sure to get for what u are using. By the way I am extremely happy with my RELIANCE, it is RELIABLE anywhere and at any time - Sunder, Salem.

Reliance is reliable?? You must be joking. Every now and then you receive an SMS stating you've been subscribed to 'daily horoscope' or something like that for a monthly charge of Rs30. And it happens not only with me. Onl reason to stick to it till now is that they provide cheap call rates and attractive plans. If some other provider has similar plans, i'll switch today. Is CDMA to GSM transfer possible?
I THINK KNOWINGLY YOUR WEBSITE HAS EXCLUDED THE PROBLEM OF GIVING UNWANTED PACKS TO CUSTOMERS. MY SERVICE PROVIDER EVEN DO NOT RESPOND TO MY REQUEST TO STOP THESE PACKS. I DO NOT WANT TO NAME MY SERVICE PROVDER. BUT THREE TOP SERVICE PRIVDER IN DELHI ARE LOOTING THEIR CUSTOMERS BY THIS WAY. IF MY SERVICE PROVIDER DOES NOT STOP THIS PRACTICE. THEN I WILL CHANGE MY SERVICE PROVIDER. MNP IS RELIEF TO ME

i am using idea for the past 11 years and i am fully satisfied with it service. The billing is also good and there is no overcharging. the best part od idea is its customer care service. it really fast.

I think vodafone would loose the least number of customers as they are great service provider in GSM with good customer service & network. I am vodafone user & will not change to any other provider.
