Not Centre One but Raghuleela
by abhijit mukherjee on Jun 16, 2014 04:31 PM

From the pictures it is evident that the mall where Mr. Ganapathy had his outlet is not Centre One but Raghuleela mall.. Doesn't change the story, but the journalist may like to take care of details later on and not depend so much on secondary source of information..

bad example...
by s mumbai on Sep 27, 2010 07:57 AM  | Hide replies

such type of RUNAWAY examples should not be given importance...what about the poor parents who nurtured their kid for 17 years..how many sleepless nights must they have spent on this boy...and what this boy did...he ran away without informing...what about the trauma, shock and the disrepute he has caused to the family...howsoever he may become big or rich....he failed to respect his parents...such people can do anything for fame, money and success....he is big man for people but not even a size of atom for his parents

"...failed to respect his parents"

you dint read the story fully. he failed them initially, later his mother used to source the masala the moment he started his own cart. the only time he failed his parents was when he dint inform them of his disappearance, hardly his fault because he was duped. also, since he's also taken the help of his brothers, it does seem that he has immediately patched up.
"His parents were the happiest in the family. "I brought them to Mumbai"

why are you too busy to not even read the story fully ?

Great an inspiring saga of Mr. Prem Ganapathy..
by BrooklynGuideVijay on Sep 26, 2010 10:54 AM

Dear - I remember few years back, I had
enjoyed Dosa from Ganapaty's establishment
in CENTRE ONE at Vashi. It was nice an
experience but did not know, the guy will
become International so soon.

Devotion and relentless efforts with
determination of not giving up, inspite of
set backs, makes Mr Prem an extra ordinary
a guy.

Even MBA's need to read and get inspired.

All the best- Brooklyn Vijay

Inspiring

I find it disturbing reading few of the comments about his origin and his place in Mumbai. This guy is a shining example for whole of humanity for enterprise, indomitable spirit and desire to make something out of his life. Aren't these universal qualities? As for Mumbai, its a great city for those who are willing to work hard, no place can give anything to lazy people whether its Mumbai, New York or wherevr. For enterprising whole world is his stage!! Hats off to you Mr. Ganpathy.

When you have not seen the reality, it is easy to preach. Invite u to "AXE N CHOR" company in Chennai....Stay there for six months and see how people will turn u from a crorepati to raodpati....Then preach..My friend I had a cosmopolitan attitude as anyone in Mumbai. That has changed thanks to "Axe N Chor" chennai office

you are generalizing too much, you mean to say everyone's shining and perfect in mumbai or any part of the world you seem to like ? get a reality check, and stop being prejudiced

These guys are normal when you are in touch with them in Mumbai. Once, on their home turf i.e Tamil Nadu, they show their basic instincts..barbarians, footpath politicians
