what i mean is that you must have an attitude that is open to experimentation..if you want to succeed. i heard that for a particular airplane part..gyroscope ,i think, the inventor had to work for 20 years! just one small part!
Ganapathy though not formally educated kept his eyes and ears open and was very much focussed on becoming an entrepreneur. He has blended common sense with innovation at every step. The naming of his first venture as Prem Sagar Dosa Plaza is a case in point. Note that he is no way related to Sagar/Udupi/Karnataka. But Sagar name itself has an attraction in the South Indian restaurant business in Mumbai and Delhi. Of course, he maintained his distinct taste and cleanliness to further succeed and there was no looking back. Without an MBA, he learnt the art of branding and applied again with some innovation. No wonder his story is a case study and I would not be surprised if this story also get picked up by likes of Harward et al. Kudos to Ganapathy's capabilities, grit and determination!
Things like this move you, there's something lovable about this country. Only rediff gives such inspiring stories. The other, families owned media is concerned only about Follywood stars.
