Readers dont miss the business points here
by Rajendra Gupta on Sep 16, 2010 12:32 AM  | Hide replies

I always emphasise to management students based on my long corporate experience that business model should be sound without frills and having positive value addition of product and service for customer. All this talk of hard work is rubbish. Two factor led to Ganapathy's success. There are thousands enterprising and hard working guys in mumbai
He had excellent and differentiated south Indian product that is popular in Mumbai
food industry is always cash rich as it is high margin low credit business
ganapathy had insatiable desire to succeed and had eye on business alliance straight from beginning.
hence he was built to succeed.
Young people should get the message. You got to have a innovative product and various things will fall in place one by one as you progress Most of Indian tycoons started this way only.
You dont need a B Tech or MBA for this

Can you create jobs in your own village !!!!!!!
by Milind Sawant on Sep 16, 2010 12:00 AM

Dear Ganapathy, your story is a true story like any hard working person. You have started from scratch. I would request you to create jobs in your village and around so that at least locals can earn good livelihood next door and they need not have to run to cities. Good Luck.
