Telengana, Andhra leaders, and beauracrats failed. Central silk Board (not Karnataka board) agreed to subsidize only 50 machines after two years of consistent effort. You are right. KCR does't even know that asu machine can remove drudgery of the women of 33000 families of Telengana. Don't blame them. They are busy in creating states, not worried about the people's difficulties.. Brig P Ganesham

Dear Mr.Mallesham Great Work, hats off to you. Readers should also note that Karnataka Govt (CSB) is helpful to this man. I have always observed that Karnataka Govt (whether it's BJP, Congress or JD), they are always people oriented and helpful.
There is no dignity of labour in India. Skills of craftsmen have always been looked down by traditional Hindu society of India by branding them as low castes. There is no chance of any improvement in the social and economic condition of craftsmen of India.
Great achievement but Govt will not support you to commercialise your technology thousands of hand movements made weavers force to take alcohol so we found lot of sucide attacks our govt never gone deeproots to find out reasons for it . Urs is ultimate tool to improve weavers lives , HATTS OFF!!!!!!!!!!!!
Most of our neighbouring countries in Asia today use a lot of mechanisation in all their small scale industries but not India! On one hand we claim to be a nuclear power and a would be super power with space research but we still have "bullock-cart technology" in all our villages. What a paradox and deplorable situation we are in. We need to change, sooner the better.

If you want to start a business you have to pay lots of bribe to register.
Your hard work will not go waste. The scolds and metal pressure you have undergone will GIVE u good result in the end, till then u need to survive hardships but be sure not to go TOO commercial as your intentions are to help out people like your mother. All the best for your invention.
Mallesham it's a Great Achievement.Hats- off.But to succeed and ensure that this is a great success we need people/ organisations to come and support it.It can be small companies or enterprenaurs but after all they too expect some profit out of it.So in that case Mallesham has to take a risk of his own may be try out some venture caps,or some other ways of funding and go for mass production which will reduce the cost.
'Andhra is the most successful state.'-Rahulji said yesterday, pushing back the progressive signs of Bihar. So the state govt will definitely help their poor weavers to add up to progress. Pl contact him for the help.
