Pune one of the worst city having indisciplined and arrogant citizens. They do not deserve even buses.

Abay oh Nair....talk sense....we know you are a southie....so we are northie...whats the big deal?...first look at what your kerala has? kerala is closed 150 days out of 365 days in a year due to bandd, hartal etc by your so called communist parties.... no business can flourish in kerala....almost 70 % of working kerela people are living outside kerala....also you have already handed over your kerala to pakistani muslims anyway....you also donated 5 crores to pakistan...look within before commenting on others....if you don't know to respect others its better to keep you mouth shut .... wht the hell, do u want the govt to construct for cities like Indore, Coimbatore, Trichy, Vijayawada? y waste money?
i have discovered how easy it is to get around city for sake of fun without a car!
had no problem going around what soever..
it makes things so easy once you udnerstand the system.
but for the ssytem to work, the directions have to be pretty clear...like which platform has which trains going.
not only that...all stations along that line is listed...
here despite not knowing french or german, i could follow the stops and trains very easily and didn't put a foot wrong without guidance from anyone.
however the bigger crowd and less repectable attitude toward women can be a problem in india
here i saw women with full exposure of miniskirts and cleavage going unmolested and alone in nights.no one disturbed anyone else.
there was crowds occasionally but we could see much bigger ones with indian scale of population.
certanly its a great plan to prodie affordable transporation around the city for everyone. provided everyone could follow and use it easily at cheap costs and well maintained with proper security.
I am surprised that while small and bogus banks are included in the top banks list our rock solid State Bank of India does not find a place Days are not far off when one of these top banks will be taken over by SBI
Except chandigarh there is no metro for north Indian cities. iT REALLY sad. All parts of India should get equal opportunity of growth otherwise unequality will invite immigrants from underdeveloped parts of India.

there are only 3-4 big cities in north India like Delhi/Chandigarh/Lucknow/Kanpur. Please name other cities for me. North India is lagging in development.

Firstly the local govt.give them free education ,healthcare,good drinkingwater,good road to the people in north india. let them avoid ticketless travel onthe train before ask for metro rail.pl eradicate castism etc.
surat also need metro train,govt should think about surat too as it has been declaired as 9th most populated city and even fastest growing city in india
Corporation people don't even dream. Still discussing whether to have metro or mono rail or BRTS on all roads. leaders in Pune do not have any vision for the City. Its a very dirty city. every where garbage dumped, traffic is bad Pune railway station is the worst in the World. Every thing here looks chaotic. Punaikars rise up to do something for your city.

Pune, Kolhapur, Sholapur, Nashik, Ahmednagar, Sawantwadi, Chiplun, etc. will be covered in the budget of 2100 since by the time we expect to eradicate sicular congies
