I feel all these reports are written by people who donot understand how retail works in India, the retailer in India in lieu of getting response from the manufacturer declares lot of stuff as defective or damaged in transit.... so it is not stoled it is a matter of process failure...

Adding to Vibhas, Consumer Complaints in Indian Retail Industries are not handled as properly, including big chains like Lifestyles & Shopper's Stop, defective products, low quality issues are been effectively ignored but are not handled as effectively, moreover I would not be shocked if any news come that big retail chains using fake manufacturing goods as world top brands mixed with original goods in their stores.

Idiotic news.
by Desi Babu on Nov 24, 2010 06:06 PM

As per the news the 'shrinkage' rate includes sholifiting, theft and process failure. The Morons at Rediff assume that it is only shoplifting. It could have been process failure as well.

The people at Rediff follow no proccess so they cant understand that..hahaha

Checkpoint Systems

Checkpoint Systems may find India as ultimate bazzar for their products but the way they are foul-mouthing about Indians they should be banned in India.
