The Falaknuma Palace was build with love and affection by H.E. Viqarul- Mulk , Prime Minister and brother in law of the fifth Nizam of Hyderabad Deccan. There was no other structure there before the palace was built except barren hill with some wild trees and vegetation. My dear People now don't be jealous of its beauty and distort history and start to make it a part of some sinister design. These buildings are an integral part of Hyderabad’s Nizam’s heritage and leave it at that. allah akbar

The palace was beautiful. Just had a wedding there, the very first wedding EVER and so far the last. GVK (Indian multimillionaire) has a wedding RECEPTION there, but I actually got married at the Palace. And let me tell you, it was beautiful, wonderful, magical. The staff were fantastic, helpful and ready to please. I also have been to the palace back in 1993/4 before it was give to the Taj group to renovate into a hotel. Back then it was awesome, with all the old stuff lying around, and everything! So much stuff. And priceless too. Too bad it all got sold off and/or stolen.

This INDIAN guy in the forum seems to be obsessed with commenting about stuff he has no clue about. Falaknuma palace is an absolute beauty in the inside. The pictures taken and posted here are of bad quality. Nevertheless, one should be bestowed with enough common sense(which this guy isn't) to know about basic things like these

You must have stayed at another Falaknuma palace. The palace was/is gorgeous. I'm not an Indian guy, but the palace was stunning. I'm very surprised that you say otherwise.
