Right to property means if own a piece of land even govt can not take from u. Obviously encroachment is ilegal as that land doesn't belong to that person.

Dear Vinodji, by the way, what sacrifice the castes mentioned by you have done in the past, and even today. rather our 50% budget is spent on them, yet they are increasing their numbers. For your information-in past 5000 years, fighting communities have sacrificed their lives a number of times and others too have contributed. I am yet to see a dalit in last 20 years, who could get a job as all jobs are snatched by beneficiaries, cutting the throat of their brothers and sisters.
Land acquired much to the despair of the owner for the purpose of giving it to Industrialists for setting up industries. Always the Govt. makes a profit in the deal. The people who are losing land do not get the compensation immediately and also lose their vocation. They should be given equivalent land somewhere elso apart from the compensation also so that they can make a beginning elsewhere. It is better the land to be qcauired is done directly by the industry instead of Govt.
Land is limited, urban population is increasing, urban population needs basic infrastructure to live i.e. roads, water, sanitation, power etc., industrilisation is the only solution to provide employment to rural and urban over population, agriculture on high prices land is not feasible and viable solultion, agriculture is to be shifted to remove areas, as such only outsiders who come and put their investment increase the rates of land, not the local farmers, who in the influence to politicians are taking Govt. and people at ride. They are demanding very very huge compensation, plots and many facilities whereas their land was available at throw away prices. Alternatively land in other areas can be provided to them within this compensation, they will get equal size of land plus good money in the same compensation.
