That is the saddest irony of this Country. A Civic infrastucture that is used by developed and educated class is dished out to Bullock Cart Drivers and Illitrate Petty Mentally underdeveloped and Egotistically overdeveloped Small time mediocres. I just dont understand why we indians are so obsessed with number games. How realistic are these ratings? Whats the guarantee that these ratings are not manipulated?
Right from admissions to kindergarten school to school to college to university to job, least to mention our day to day life, we are just after these number games like maniacs.

Many people r missing the point.The survey is among the best cities of the world & giving ranking based on some criteria. So the ranking of Delhi is not bad.Other cities of India viz Bangalore,Mumbai are not even considered for the survey so that reflects how bad the conditions are of these cities. Gread going Delhi, now Delhi is benchmarking iteslf with the best of the world & by doing this improving things. Other cities lack the meantality & willpower to improve

delhi is now an international city. There are more bridges and highways than any other international cities. The no of riches has already overtaken riches from arab and los angeles, so car density is far than poor mumbai city. Gov shud take more money from mumbai and build more better roads, this will help rapist to escape and ppl who wants to do honor killing can reach home early to kill their wifes, daughters and sisters.
