Sadly,American aphorisms and good practises of American and European companies and Philosphers ( Jack Welch) are quoted, to hide their own incompetencies and inadequacies..

Corruption is most prevalent in Pvt companies in the form of gifts, favors, food bills, freebies on large orders,free trips,and recruitment & appraisals, promotions... based on language ,culture, state one belongs to, apart from north & south differences..

CORRUPTION HAS BECOME A WAY OF LIFE IN INDIA.POLICE AND POLITICIANS ARE THE WORST.I HAVE TRAVELED ACROSS THE WORLD.EVEN IN FOREIGN COUNTRY IT IS INDIANS WHO TRY TO BRIBE THE OFFICIALS TO GET THE THINGS DONE TO THEIR SATISFACTION.LESS TALKED IS BETTER.CORRUPTION AND ARROGANCE HAS GONE DEEP IN OUR SYSTEM.ONLY GOD CAN SAVE INDIA.

Greed is the reason behind corruption. It is everywhere. Unfortunately corruption has been accepted as a way of life. That is the reason most of MPs and MLAs of the country r highly corrupt and most of central & state ministers r corrut.
Only popularising simple living can bring down corruption.
What about our Politician ? Are they near by to these who manipulate balance sheet to keep fund for Political Party Politicians are mother of all corruption

Try and see what kind of moral values that we teach our children. What kind of values we have in our family life. Are, we most of the time talking about making money in-front of our children and teach the same to our children?
It's very easy to blame others than except you. The only difference between us and politician or a senior executive of a company is they were smart enough to get those positions and we were not. In case we also had got a chance to take those positions, we also would have indulge in the same time of corruption.
So, it not about the positions or something else, it's all about the kind of Moral values that you have got from your parents. The siblings, who didn't learn these values from their parents, would even fight or look for a way to get more share than his other sibling from his parents property. So, corruption is there in our family also - it is just that we picture it in a different way
Senior executives of India Inc most corrupt: Study every one is corrupt. Then why blame politicians only. Truth is in India whoever get chance to make money by using power is become corrupt. It means problem is in our system, our society, our culture our thinking.
Let us stop salaries to corrupt officials. They should publish an official rate card for bribes. Each officer can take as per his rate card and no salary is offered.Some out of the box thinking is needed.
