Can anyone spend more than his income, Central Govt. has power to print currency and accept dificit financing, but State Govts. if go for deficit financing, they are putting more and more burden on next generation as they will take loan to meet their expenses. A very finaical indiscipline is going on in our country due to vote bank politics, either by way of appeasing Govt. employees to pay them more lthan capacity or diverting various funds to salary and other expense a/c meant for development. This political goondagardi must stop. EC must bar such CMs or other concerned playing with treasury.
