Sharad Pawar single handedly brought down the state and to add to the misfortune, Raj has given them a perfect opportunity to rule further on for god knows how many years !!!
Congress should help Aam Admi/ Middle Class/ Bechara Class.............. There is lots of Black money in real Estate sector... Property prices spiralling for no reason in all indian cities.... There is Builder-Politican-Corrupt Officals etc. nexus............... National Housing Policy should be made... People to get loans at a very high rate for owning second homes etc., All property purchases etc. should be 90% compulsory from bank loan etc. So, that black money is eased out....... It will be in Nation's interest only...... The whims of Builders will be checked......

The planes are going down that means fiscal deficit is reducing.
If the leakage of Revenue due to Commissions and Kickbacks could be plugged,all the States in the Indian Union would end up on the positive side of Balance Sheet.And if it could not be totally plugged at least it could be minimised for which there is only one option available,that is to send all the Politicians on a Mass Casual Leave for five years andallow the country to be run by only Executives and Judiciary.
I think the chutiyasatrediff have not woken up yet. Look at this: "The state's capital is Patna. In 2005, Bihar had 23 lakh (2.3 million) children out of school. Today, this figure is Rs 8 800,000.
We need to thank the government for increasing the deficit mainly due to lapse in law,scams,ministers who hold positions beyond 58 yrs, our irresponsible voters, buy out voters,41% voters who were absconding due to long weekend.By the next decade it will be worse and beyond repair till another Foreign soil will take over India or maybe the growing Ambani bros buy out India.

India should be renamed as "HUM SAB CHOR HAIN COUNTRY".The tourism slogan"incredible India" should be replaced by "SCAMSTERS' PARADISE"
I think, per capita deficit, Statewise, will be a better Indicator to understnd the economic health of each State. Perhaps money to be recovered ( ? ) from the 2G Scam and National Food Scam, could wipe out all such deficits.
