Re: Now BIHAR is Shining

Yes it is shining as brightly as India is shining. See those cows walking on the roads, people walking in the middle of the road, it is littered everywhere.
It is a chaos, the same everywhere in the country. India is shining - illiteracy everywhere, poor health, HUGE CORRUPTION, total lawlessness - where rapists and murderers can get away if they bribe the judges, police, and the politicians. Definitely 'it is shining brightly on CRAP....'
Where there is a will there is way. If Nitish Kumar has a will he can find many ways to make Bihar a corruption reduced State. If any one claims to make the state or the country corrupt free he or she has not understood what he or she said. I know Nitish Kumar can help Bihar to grow provided he can keep a tab on his Ministers.

What are the plans to re survey the land with the aim to grant the TITLE to land owners which no State Government has attempted so far. This survey / resurvey ispending since 1905.
I am from Tamilnadu. I understand Lallu's Bihar and Nitesh' Bihar thru., media only. No personal experience. As on date, there are thousands of Biharis are working, mainly cheap labour in Chennai, Tirupur etc., If the Bihar improvement is real, these people will certainly go back to Bihar. This alone can be considered as a real INDEX for the improvement. Till then I dont believe the media stories, especially after the media scam.

U r right. So many people had to leave bcos of Lalu and casteism. Real index will be if more people do not leave. Some people may go back. How many companies, Dams, bridges etc built by congress and its allies - extremely few. How many people working in alliance with congress and ally Lalu now crorepatis settled in delhi or other places - Lots.
