by Indhea on Dec 07, 2010 12:41 PM

Government can not do everything, it should give basic amneties and rights for the people. Systematic process and transparent service. There are number of organization there to develop the country.

That is what he is start doing, instead of giving freebies. It is nice start but long way to go. He has intention to do that and he will do it.

Note: There are number of criminals in his Govt. Slowly they will change or they will get rid of from the part when he get mass support from people.

If Rahul appreciate the development and he apologize for their party support for Lalu could have get better result. Instead he also started to talk like normal politician, all the development came from their family asset. That could have irritated the voters. Let them learn lesson and they must work hardly to replace Lalu.

Rahul asked "Vote For Congress", but people misunderstood as it is "Vote Four Congress" and gave Only Four Seats.

It is quite interesting and Bihar why India itself has high hope with Nitish Government. First of all we should appreciate him for thousand of times for using ‘WE’ instead of ‘I’ that most of political arrogant wouldn’t use as only ‘HE/SHE’ is the Govt.

Once Govt. employees got paid for doing extra or out of rule, then corruption developed for doing his regular duty, later it become his right to get money for doing any job. It is very difficult change Govt. employees who are enjoyed the corruption for their luxury livings. It is great that there is law implemented in Bihar to take back money from corrupted employees, because many are using their job to earn as much as possible until get caught and uses corrupted money to manage for legal fighting. Though they got punished, they have money to get things done for rest of their life. Also their family is not respecting if they are giving additional through corruption. Corruption is part of social.

Also need to reduce the possibilities for corruption with improved systematic and computerization process. Let them bring a single window system to address all public; they get their application and pass it to the respective department, track it and get it done. Each and every job must have a cut off time to complete. So then they are answerable. Officers are misusing the employees or without having any plan as they wish. That will

That will be controlled by this systematic process. Also every employee must show a status for the week what he has done. That should be consolidated to higher level. These sorts of things will regulate and bring systematic process that will eradicate or at least control the corruption.
This kind of news must publish in daily news paper and media news to reach common people.

After Modi(Gujarat), Shiela Dixit(Delhi), Chouhan (MP) and now Nitish (Bihar) is setting up a good platform for good Governance. Hope this trend will continue in other states slowly!

On many occasion we hate for some reasons, that is the reason we never appreciate them whatever he/she did the good things! That is one of the great weaknes of voters. That lead India to this level. Thanks!

State blaming Centre and Centre blaming State. Ultimately , who gets fooled. It is general public . Don't believe in Media.
None of them wants public welfare . All they want they own swiss bank account swelling with green bucks.
Industrials also want to set up Units in only those places where they eye maximum retune with minimum investment with no interference in their looting practice. Bihar does not give any of these. The day Bihar lands are given at throw away price, all businessmen will make a beeline to harp on it.
Remember one rule, Industries thrive only at those places where politicians are more corrupt than their counterparts .

The world is changing so every state has to see the change. It is more a compulasion than choice for any state to remain in race.
But one has to use the scale to measure the changes one state has seen over others.
Bihar is still lagging behind becos people in this state is not finding enough employement opportunity.
Next in lagging race is Uttar Pradesh and Madhya Pradesh. Both are trailing to see any spurt in growth.
Our policy makers are not trying to their hilt to change the paradigm of growth in these states.

of course, Delhi does not belong to any single community.
The message is to remove people from Delhi and relocated to other lucrative places so that overall economic development of country gets a push.
As long as smaller cities and towns are not development, our GDP growth figure is a mere figure without any reality in it.
Inclusive growth and sustainability rests on the principle of economic powers to majority of citizes. Since India lives in villages so economic superpower status to country is possible only if villagers get access to latest technology and their living standard is improved. This is all possible only if there is an exodus of people especially Industrialists from Cities to Villages or smaller cities.
Delhi has max no or people from U.P , Bihar,M.P and Punjab and Hariyana. All these people should think of shifting their base to their lovely home field so that they repay their debt to thier soils. This is a msg of my text.

Sir it is may not appropriate to hate all. There are number of people to do white color job, but limited to do low profile job. They migrated because of no job oppurtunity. If you are ready to pay Rs. 25000 for your cook, they also look neat, come by car and city may be clean. We are looking for people who does lot of work for Rs. 2000. They have to manage within that 2000. So they look dirty only, that is why they are surving for us. We should thank for them, instead we hate. that is not good sir.

You are welcome Sir,
My REQUEST ,Pls join the force to change the landscape of smaller cities. And ask many to do it.
We are in the midst and cusp of big change, our outlook towards life should change.
Our Tier III cities need a complete makeover, let all companies set up their marketing office in smaller cities.
Availability of products and marketing workforce in smaller towns will help the company to grow and scale up their profit margin.
Our Vision should be to reduce the population of Metros and Mega cities to half by 2015. This is possible if right people reach to the right position of decision making in Private or PSU sector.

We have to develop smaller towns to create employment opportunity.
Companies should know that there is enough business to be tapped in smaller villages.
They should appoint one marketing person in all small towns. Rural Marketing has to be given a big thrust.
Core Sectors like Cement ,Steel, Infrastructure can take the lead in this mission. It is in their interest only. More visibility of products itself translates into better consumption and then growth of the organisation.

The population of all major cities should become Half by 2015 so that economic growth can be propelled to an exponential level.
This is possible only if we develop smaller cities. Companies unwarrantly hiring in major cities rather giving employment options in Tier II or Tier III cities.
Reduce population of Metros to see the high growth of Nations on economic chart.

Although Nitish has this vision, this has to be equally supported by the people in Bihar so that they can get Bihar to a zenith place. The ideas to curb corruption is good and feel that the givernment of India should take this at a National level, especially the one that says that the money will be deducted from the Salary. Great job sir.
