It seems that his inovative Legislation in terms of Right to Public Service from Officials and Government services appears to promise a dent intonon-Challant behaviour ofOfficials at all levels of Officials. Just in case this insularity of apathetic and uncaring Officialese is sometomes broken sooner , it would most certainly be a great Break -through.It is being watched by all lovers of democratic Governance with great interest.D. Don't compare Nitish with Mamta (in railway corruption has incresed many folds...sice the Mamta joined) and Mayawati....every one knows.
Nitish has set the standards for all. Lets see how Congress or the BJP (YEDDY Inc.) responds to it.

We all are saying that we will remove corruption. Our effort as a public man should be so. But I wish to draw attention of CM as to what effort he has done towards inputs of the indivisual towards the developement of the State-GDP. Every one has to do physical work either through motivation or by any means. As in Gujrat, they have no time to talk, while they are at at work place. They are mosy courteous, which we can not accept from average Bihari. What CM has though in this direction. Gujrati's are traditionally soft speeking.

I hope, upliftment of Mahadalit will be first task, let us see whether he bans all SC/ST/backward who have already been benefitted or not, as he should cover all those who are deprived one, whereas all benefits today are snatched by sons/grandsons of beneficiaries. Tax payers money is looted in all States by SWARAN dalits.

Rahul, you have the answer for both your questions. Since 1947, how many politicians and beaurocrats even after being convincted got sentenced for corruption? The man involved in corruption heads india's highest anti corruption unit (CVC). Tax payer money??? My A@rse!!! Tax payers are interested in and confused by these very politicians by arguing only about petty things like bihari vs marathi manoos, tamil vs kannada, telugu vs tamil, hindus vs muslims, low caste vs upper caste and what not ......Even the literate fall in these traps when the only thing we should be demanding is accountability. We came together as one nation last time during Kargil, but then so quickly lost our adhesiveness because of petty politics. Educated people in this very forum are talking about getting rid of biharis from delhi...Our Karma bhoomi was under 1000 years of slavery and we again and again FAIL to learn from history. I suggest Indian Army practising shooting with the heads of lunatics hell bent on causing mischief in our country.

I agree with you Rahul, But the fact is politicians and beaurocrats do not fall from heaven, they come from within us. They are the reflection of a society. A society/country gets a ruler it deserves. The day corruption starts declining from India, Indian politicians and beaurocrats will become one of the best and least corrupt in the world.
