Indian is neither a good worker or manager but a good politician....
if the Indian brains are sharper how come we do not have no innovations or inventions in India.All the lead roles in the scientific,Medical fields are form west.God knows who tells the truth.

Because Indians can arrive at 13*8 as 104 faster than American students. But reach the place 45 minutes after they are supposed to.
Yes, it is not ability that hinders Indians. It is indicipline, lack of application and lethargy. Added to this are our politics, corruption and inability to spend much on research (remember the hungry people before thinking on returns of research). Venkatraman Ramakrishnan, nobel prize winner for chemistry in 2009 has said he could not have achieved this in India. I agree with him, India cannot afford spending money for people like him. But after achieving so much in past few decades, we have to change ourselves fundamentally and prepare ourselves for next level.
This is possible only if we eradicate some of the chronic problems that we suffer from. They are, indicipline, tolarance to indicipline, corruption, lack of education, lack of health facilities etc.

you need a lots of lots of money and patience for research based projects.. we dont have money and if somebdy invests they smell corruption in it..we lack desipline and money altogether..all lead roles are assisted and backed by brilliant indian or chinese out there ...

America is superpower because it got independence two hundred years back. its population mostly consists of immigrant (the best from all over the world)plus freedom to chose your own trade etc,.,
