be responsible. instead of tackling the recession we are triggring the same by showing these news very often. of course who gives the stats and who checks the reality. the companies take undue advantage of this type of news.
Shame on Indian economic policy which became heavily dependent upon foreign investment. Now we get to lick our wounds when the MNCs have begun to ditch our workers...Shame..there needs to be a revolt against the corrupt and selfsih govt which has sold our nation to the outsideres

to correct your history marwari were only moneylenders, hoarders were traders stage 2 america has never allowed outsiders to develop its economy from 1960, but overpowered other economies by cheating and defrauding and creating terrorist to disturb other countries. don't praise MNC's they have not come here to develop you, but to utilize your talent at throaway prices. computers have come here because of intiative taken by the people here in learning them, not because of govt. who are once again whilte collared terrorist initiating nonsense regulation as and when they want and remove them as and when they dont need it. So undoubtedly MNC must be controlled and sucked to the extent possible.

Obviously - your tribe has been amongst the ones most affected by the onslaught of MNC's. No wonder you want them to be curtailed. Whats the rocket science in it. As for the second part of your statement about initiative taken by people ot learn comp's - do you even know what point we are discussing and what you are blabbering about ?

And by the way, the baniya's in Kalbadevi Mumbai are looking for a shop assistant - Rs. 1200 salary working 12 hours a day and 7 days a week. Mr. trendsetter , lets see you take up that offer.

Stop using the computer and the internet - they have been possible in India using foreign investment and technology - do you get the point trendsetter ?
And oh by the way, two wrongs do make a right in the US. Two illegal immigrants sneak into that country and give birth to a child and he is legal. So two illegals do create a legal.

well you need education if you think computer was possible only due to foreign investment.I repeat two wrongs dont make one right.Selling indian economy is no the solution to Indias wrong policies on the home front.

Nothing has been sold out???anyway the financial regulations were there to save our country....better read how the convoy of European country becom successful in starting the free trade with surat in the first decade of 15th century which eventually lead to the slave india......in the lso called licence raj time there were green revolutions and sustained land reforms which still keep the country together.....read some facts buddy....dont say something is gold becos it is glittering
Re: Re: Re: Re: Re: shame

@Arun - thats precisely my point. If India had sold out, there wouldn't be any financial regulations in place to save it. So stop contradicting yourself mate.
@Trendsetter - I bet you have been kicked out of some MNC where you tried to throw ur weight around. No wonder you are so bitter.

CNN IBN AND REDIFF ARE BROTHERS GIVING ONLY BAD DEPRESSING NEWS. THESE MEDIA SHOULD BE BANNED. BY PUBLISHING SUCH NEWS CORPORATES ARE TAKING ADVANTAGE AND SQUEEZING ITS EMPLOYEES.THIS NEWS PUBLISHED IS 100% WRONG. IF REDIFF HAS GUTS I CAN CHALLANGE IT.
Re: Re: mm
by Faceless Indian on May 14, 2009 05:40 PM
Dude.... what Rediff says may not be poltically correct or have some amount of sensationalism but the fact remains now that the elections are over and the chances of a new stable govt. remote - job cuts are now indeed going to happen en masse. Forget the language or tone or style of what rediff has written - bottom line remains that mayhem is looming in front.
The real effects of the recession which has been banging the world will now be felt in India. So save every ruppee you have and start cutting down all useless expenditure. The next 6-7 months are going to be tough. See what happens to the stock market between now and Diwali. It will touch 7000 if not lower.
I am a rediffmail user I do not expect such types of horrible messages from redffmail. Please do not spray such dengeours news which may happen or not but can cause certain people to go under dippression. Majorty of persons working in Private, Public Limited or MNC have undergone loans like home loans, kids education loans, car loans etc if such situation persists, few of them will not be having other way then to suicide. Dear rediff: please work to ensure so that this situation does not come and if you are not able to improve this situation pl keep silence. Your such alerts will do nothing but will push people to dippresion.

Friend, pls look at the other sied. If you don't know in what situation you are, and keep on spending recklessly, then will it not hurt you even badly. Atleast now, knowing things in advance, you can avoid suicide.
I feel all should get knowledge of what's happening and what's coming on our way.

I agree with you SK. To differentiate and to avoid/escape from worst, between good, bad & worst we should know all.

BTW, Rediff is carrying a PTI report. What some of the chaps here are saying is that Rediff should have shoved this piece under the carpet, and never let is see the light of day.
