Hey how will the Fund Managers from IIMs cope when they r given d pink slips and offered a salary less than half of what they were offered during placements??? Any Idea..any body??

Lot of our educational institutes are flawed in terms of selection and quality that includes IIT's too.
We have kept the basic mould that Brits gave us and still using it , Tagore was far superior to our current educational planners. He experimented with different stuff very well.

these mba from iim's are of no use as they could not diagnose the huge banking and housing bubble cropping up when they were paid humongous amounts..
grant h1 b based on qualification/skills of the individual . do not base it on any employer.. The individual should be able to apply for it and get the visa even if he does not have a job offer . He should be allowd to go to us and then search for job. The criteria for giving the visa should be similar to canadian immigration scheme or hsmp.. in fact better tha n that.. points must be given to education , work experience in years etc.
